Always out of something stg but coffee is good coolatas and frozen coffee are always melted by the time I get to the window defeats the purpose of a frozen beverage hence my low rating

This place is the absolute worst customer service is horrible and they are slow. Been going there for years getting the exact same coffee. Last week it was wrong I went there again and asked if they could make sure that they put in the right amount of sugar. The worker said we did it right the last time and I said no you did it and she goes yes I did. Leanne Was the workers name I’ve been back once and they got it wrong again stay away from State Street Dunkin’ Donuts. Went back thought I’d give them another chance their customer service is rude and does not care about the customers you lost a great customer

I'm a difficult one with a special coffee order each time, but they always manage to make it perfectly! Even if it is wrong, they are always happy to make it right for you, just don't hesitate to ask! They are learning too!

Asked for two bagels. One w/ cream cheese. One without. The cashier charged me for two individual bagels instead of 2 for $4. I was told both bagels needed to have cream cheese in order to get the deal. While waiting I heard the guy in the back say "f*** I put cream cheese on both. I have to remake one". What happen to making the customer happy?
