I had a bad experience at this steak & shake. It took 20 minutes to get my food, and when I ordered no one else except my friends were in the restaurant. When I actually received my food, there was hair in the french fries, and although the shake was served in a medium sized cup, it was only filled up half way. Burger was good.

Rude employees, a lot of cursing and loud talking from one employee same person everytime I go.. they be talking so loud and talking about stuff that we shouldn’t hear about. it’s like they doesn’t take the job serious. Good food tho!!

Ratchet rude and unprofessional workers! They will see you standing there waiting to get an order placed and they will look back at you and want say we will be with you shortly or anything. I just walk away. They scratch their hair and face while making sandwiches and dancing all over people food cursing and having disgusting conversations out loud. All the customers be standing there just shaking their heads

Food was good and really cheap. Though it doesnt offer the fastest service, even when there arent that many people waiting. So be prepared to be wait around 10 to 15 min waiting for food.

Went today after a morning of studying, paid $5 for a frisco melt and fries and my burgers were literally so tiny and burnt. They are usually better than this but I am so mad

This place is terrible. They are always rude and they dont even want to do their job. I am in this business and there is absolutley no excuse for how they treat their customers. They also just cancel tapingo orders when they dont want to do them. This place is awful. I recommend never going

Food quality is great. But im currently listening to the employees cuss and talk obnoxiously from around the corner while I and other students are trying to study.

Worst customer service from a lady who rolled her eyes at me for paying with cash. Then asked for a name, got it wrong and wouldn't even reply to me when I tried to make her aware. quite a way to show tolerance to international students of Auburn.
