Voodoo Wing Co.

I stopped in here on my travels and gave a 9 piece with bone in wings a try. I got them in the medium sauce. They came with a few pieces of carrots and celery. First, they were very meaty, unlike most ya get. They we're also covered in more than ample sauce, so there was plenty for dipping in the bottom of the serving container. To the point that I barely touched my ranch dressing. The sauce was perfect, it had some heat and did not incinerate your taste buds. The wind is all I had, worth trying. Enjoy.

Prior to today’s visit, I would have rated Voodoo Wings in Auburn 5 stars. I don’t have the opportunity to visit this restaurant that often because I live in Montgomery, but I will try to stop there and pick up some wings and fries when my wife and I come to Auburn to shop. My wife has always ordered lemon pepper wings and always ordered them dry and sprinkled with lemon pepper sprinkles. Today we were given every reason in the world why the staff on duty could not provide what we ordered. The reasons ranged from there would be an additional charge, to what is currently going on with Covid, to they were too busy ( At the time I was the only customer in the drive through and there were only a few cars in the parking lot. I explained that we had ordered the wings this way every time we visited the location. We ended up not ordering anything and very disappointed.

One of the workers wearing their mask correctly, one wearing it wrong, on their chin, and at least 4, that I saw, not wearing one at all. Also no mask enforcement of customers. Irresponsible and reckless during a pandemic. And if you want garlic Parmesan wings, expect Publix wings that are slightly more fresh but missing any flavor.
