Burgerfi

The vegan beyond burger was great! I devoured it quickly. The fries were nice and crisp and the staff was pretty friendly. My only small complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. They are a little pricey but you get excellent quality, everything tasted very fresh and nice. It's nice to see a restuarant with so many veggie options and devoted to healthy, better eating :)

I don’t know if one of your manager has a complex or something, but he acted rude and completely talked down to me when I asked a simple question. I ordered a Oreo milkshake online and accidentally hit the flavor about the one I wanted, my bad I should have reviewed it. I asked if I could exchanged it if it was possible. He proceeded to talk to me like I was a child saying everything was my fault and wasn’t theirs. I never said it was... I then apologized and said I wasn’t calling them out or saying it was their fault and he completely ignored me and walked away. after he agreed to add Oreo to my already wrong flavor....but not fix it. He acted like this stuff was pulled from his pay check or something. I worked in fast food and would always fix stuff like this no problem I never saw an issue especially when it was slow like it was tonight. Either way, if he’s going to represent a brand work on your delivery and people skills.

My first time there and service was friendly and fast and the food tasted amazing. The cashier named Nick was Super nice, helpful and answered my questions about the menu. I had the bacon cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and chocolate custard. Everything was awesome, I’ll definitely coming back to try some more off their menu!
