My drink was made incorrectly and before I could say anything else, it was remade perfectly with sincere apologies. I told them mistakes happen I understand. However, the barista appeared grateful that I was pleasant and understanding. When I inquired further, I was told that many people have not be "cordial or tactful" lately since the pandemic. Pays to treat others nicely all the time. 2 thumbs up Combie!

This Starbucks, like most, is a great place to have a quick coffee date with a friend or coworker. It provides a relaxed yet friendly environment, which is complimented by the smell of freshly ground coffee beans. It also is a great place to study or work on a project if that applies to you. However, with that all being said, it is on the pricey side of the spectrum when it comes to purchasing small bites to eat or a cup of joe. All in all I'd say it's worth going to if you need a kick start to an early morning, or need to refuel after a long day or work.

90% of the time they're quick, friendly, efficient, clean, professional, good choices, tasty, etc. But not worth missing out just because of the rare rudeness or innocent mistakes. There are a couple workers who are quite rude while attempting a smile on their face in case of onlookers, but personally, I just don't let their lack of training or proper upbringing destroy my great day. Hopefully they'll get their kind reprimand and all will be joyful the next visit.
