Went in last night thinking, oh a health food place.. which it is. But the quality was amazing, large variety of produce.. some I had never seen before. Grass feed beef jerky, large variety of cheese. Never found the gum I wandered in for but will be back with a cooler, this is a really nice place.

Just moved to the area, and opened a massage practice in old town Auburn. Love this place being so close to my office for healthy, delicious and nutritious food options for lunch time. Organic salad bar, vegan dressings, homemade soups, breads, sandwiches kombucha, and smoothies.

I know this place used to be Gaia's, and I had checked it out once at the time and didn't care for it too much. One of my co-workers told me if was now a place called The Natural Trading Co and that they had good soups so I stopped by to check it out.
It's the cutest little market, but as a vegan, I'm super in love because they ALWAYS make delicious soups that are ALWAYS vegan! They even have a vegan sandwich that I can't wait to try. They're currently selling fresh squeezed mandarin juice since it's mandarin season!
They have an amazing selection of natural food products as well - everything you could think of. Definitely worth checking it out!

Everything organic, local, and delicious here. Fantastic salad bar featuring all locally grown greens. Tons of healthy snacks. Great sandwiches and soup with tons of vegan options. Also a great place to pick up Auburn’s finest specialty grade coffee: Clementine :)
