Panera Bread

Location is great off the main road. There is a drive thru that is convenient for days you don’t need to get out of your car and are on the run. The staff was friendly and attentive to our order. We had 2 orders that needed to go to different households so needed them bagged separately but paid under one bill. They paid attention and followed through. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again.

You typically don’t find a poor Panera. But this time I did. Service was horrible and super slow. My first visit was for a smoothie ordered through the app. About 15min after it was promised, I received it. It was fairly busy so I kinda understood. The next day I ordered a bagel and coffee. Again about 15min after I was promised, I received it. This time they weren’t busy and they had more employees working. They were all to busy talking about their weekend to focus on getting food out. Glad I ordered on the app, no one was up front on both visits. In the end my food and drinks were good. Not sure I could recommend this location knowing they could be so much better and normally are.

Thought I'd try one of their chicken sandwiches for the first time, and I could not be more disappointed in an order. A razor thin piece of ultra dry chicken with a couple paper thin burnt pickles drenched in Buffalo sauce. For $12 it was an embarrassment that they would serve and charge customers for it. Something you would expect on the dollar menu at other fast food restaurants. Certainly not quality or healthy!

I just want to say this is my first time going there through drive through , I’m pregnant and Megan the manager helped me order everything perfectly she was so patient and kind & I forgot my sandwich 10 min before closing time and my husband went back to grab it she made it perfect for me , love people like this !! Will be going back always thank you!!❤️

Wow, there are SO MANY Panera Bread restaurants in the vicinity of my home! And truly, some of them are just better than others. This is a statistical fact where we can see the data right here on Google Reviews. So hubby and I had a looonngg day and we checked Google Reviews for the Panera Bread restaurants near our location which, at that moment, was the Atlantic Beach area. We made an excellent choice, and here’s why: -a minor mistake by the cashier resulted in hubby getting the wrong kind of soup. Kitchen staff corrected this in less than 5 minutes. -a glitch that I was hardly aware of, but that the kitchen staff stated they wanted to make right, resulted in us given a huge bakery box with several pastries (that we chose) inside. —We signed up, finally, for the Panera discount card! And the first reward is-guess-Yep, a PASTRY! I wanted a chocolate croissant , but hubby wanted a muffin. The manager generously gave us both what we wanted! (I am thinking that our behavior was at the level of toddler tantrums and the man realized his quickest solution!). —The restaurant was very clean—except for the restrooms (These can get out of control really fast). They weren’t horrible, but they required attention. —The food was terrific —The service (always my personal make-or-break aspect of all service facilities) was awe-inspiring! See, I will drive miles/kilometers out of my way to patronize this specific Panera Bread, because they treated me so professionally and with such kindness. Thank you, CJ, and ty, night manager for this particular restaurant! The next time I’m shopping at the Town Center and craving amazingly fresh awesomeness at Panera Bread, you can bet I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to this one! Most strongly recommended!!

Just got home from the Panera on Atlantic (next to the McDonald's) and my more than $5 Cinnamon Crunch Latte is only half full. Looks like there wasn't even whipped cream in it. Not sure if I was given the cup that an employee dank half of, or what. I am VERY disappointed!! Especially after spending almost $75. Completely ridiculous!
