For good cheap Chinese this place is good. I always get hot and sour soup and pork dumplings and have a great and reliable experience with those. My husband thinks they are unreliable with his dish, the sesame chicken. I have had it before and it didn’t taste great depending on the day. I go weekly so enjoy it a good bit for what I get!

My husband, daughter and I all got food poisoning from this place. We got it to-go (chicken teriyaki and sweet and sour shrimp). Came home ate (I thought the rice tasted really old but wasn't 100% sure), 15/20 minutes later I started throwing up and couldn't keep anything down the rest of the night. My daughter and husband started getting sick shortly after also. Never going here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is horrible, and I had the worse experience EVER! I ordered for delivery on yesterday 1-22-2020, and was told that the delivery would be about 45 minutes. I placed a order for a sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice, 2 pork egg rolls, and a 2 liter sprite drink at 7:09pm. I called back at 8:00pm when I didn’t get a a call from the driver, and the lady over the phone told me he had to come back to get my 2 liter sprite. She said he had forgot my sprite, and he would be at my home shortly. Now I also paid for the order in the amount of $20.60 over the phone with my debit card. Around 8:15pm I receive a call from a Asian or Chinese man talking Chinese. I didn’t understand anything that he was saying, and he was very aggressive over the phone. I said 4 TIMES (I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU SPEAK ENGLISH). That is when, I just walked downstairs to see if he was downstairs, because I didn’t even know if he understood what I was saying to him. When I walked downstairs he was by the leasing office, and I signed for my receipt then took my food. I came upstairs, and saw that the 2 liter sprite was EXPIRED WITH A DATE OF (1-6-20)! Then I looked at my food, and my rice was not hot it was SUPER STICKY LIKE IT WAS OLD. The sweet and sour chicken was super hard, and super cold. The only thing that was warm where the egg rolls. I immediately called the restaurant back, and told the lady that they gave me a expired drink. She got real quiet, and then said (WE JUST BOUGHT THE DRINK AT KROGERS) LOL Now the 2 liter sprite was super cold, and KROGERS DO NOT SELL COLD 2 LITER DRINKS. That is how I knew she was lying, and the restaurant have these old drinks in their cooler selling them to CUSTOMERS! I told her I was taking pics of the drink, and food to post them online. She then said (I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK FOR $3.16 for the drink so give the drink back to the driver. He is on his way). She never apologized one time, nor did she offer to bring me another 2 liter sprite that WAS NOT EXPIRED FOR FREE! Then I receive a call 6 minutes later from the DRIVER AGAIN speaking NO ENGLISH so, I went downstairs. BUT HE WAS NOT THERE. He must have mistakenly called me thinking I was somebody else he was delivering to at the time. I came back upstairs to call the restaurant again, and told her he just called and is not even at my house. Then I ask her why do they have a driver that don’t even speak ENGLISH DELIVERING TO PEOPLE? She couldn’t even say nothing, and I told her that my food was super old, my drink was expired, and they have horrible customer service. I told her that I wanted my money back ASAP for everything, and she said the driver didn’t have to come back she could just refund me my money back to my card. Then send me a receipt via text. She had the nerve to say: (I SEND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, AND DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN EVER! DON’T CALL HERE NO MORE)! Then she said: (I DON’T CARE GO AHEAD AND POST WHAT YOU WANT ONLINE! I DO NOT CARE)! OMG!!!! I called back, and she didn’t answer the phone then I received a text message showing she refunded me my money! I taste the sweet and sour chicken it taste just like plastic! I taste the rice, and it was super old! The only thing that was decent where the eggrolls, and everything else was HORRIBLE! This chinese restaurant is unprofessional, super trifling, sell expired drinks, old food, have bad customer service, and just want CUSTOMERS MONEY! I would never in life patronize this business, and thank GOD I looked at the expiration date on the drink before I even drunk it! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you order from this restaurant what will happen to you, and after my experience. I’m quite sure that they have done HUNDREDS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY DID ME THE SAME EXACT WAY! I threw the food, and sprite away there is no way that, I would even eat that mess! I’m attaching pictures of the expired 2 liter sprite bottle, and the food they delivered to me so everyone can see for themselves.

Have a 14 person lunch at work tomorrow, and my team wanted Chinese. I called two days ago to make sure they could accommodate a large takeout order for noon, considering they open at 11am. The woman told me "Yes", and said they may come in a bit early to ensure it's done, assumedly because I was about to drop a couple hundred dollars at her business. She asked me to call back today to give my order, and we would discuss it then. Now TODAY, there is a man working there and he says that they aren't coming in until 11:30 tomorrow, and that we can't have our lunch until 1pm or we'll need to go somewhere else. So now I'm scrambling to throw together a lunch for 14 people tomorrow. This is just terrible service and awful business practices. How do YOU give ME an ultimatum of when I can have food? I have gladly taken my business elsewhere, and am ensuring no one at my office patrons this place. Wish I could give them negative stars.
