Disappointed on food quality. Burger is not fresh, actually a bit cold. They are not busy, I expect they make fresh burger when you order. Staffs are polite and friendly, otherwise it is 1 star ⭐️

Attendant and that took my order was very slow and walked past my vehicle then came back to take order.
Normally Chick-fil-A staff are courteous and friendly. Mine was dry and giving NOT CARING or TIRED vibes. I’m really not certain what was going on this day.
My food was hot and that made me feel much better.

This certainly ranks amongst the worse fast food I ever had and I love Chick-fil-A.
The youngman that waited on me acted as if it was his first day. Knew nothing about the app or QR code.
My fries, nuggets and sandwich was as if they pulled it out of a cooler and taste old. Please get some adults at this location and STOP letting children run your establisment.

I ordered a brownie with my meal Which would have been my first time trying it. I got home, and it was not in the bag!!! I am going to have to start making it a habit to check the bag to make sure everything I ordered is in there!! Other than that, the service was exceptional.

This feedback is because I noticed only one server was wearing a glove. I did an online order and it took more than 10 minutes to get and they were more interested in getting orders out for the people standing in line.
This is disappointing. Please train your workers on using gloves and wearing hairnets

I asked for a water with lemon when I got my food. They told me to get back in line to order it. I did and when I asked the cashier for just a water with lemon he asked how many lemons I wanted. I was confused and he said they charge per lemon. I was completely embarrassed. I said one. If I’m not able to afford the bottle of water, I certainly can’t afford multiple lemons. Have you folks ever heard of such a thing?
