Giving four stars out of five stars only because I could tell our curly fries were not newly cooked. But the freshness of the bun made up for it. I do not like sesame buns and asked for a different type of bun for our classic roast beef sandwich. It was WONDERFUL. And the peach lemonade was very tasty. Had I had some hot fries, it would have been a five-star rating. Excellent health score, by the way, too at this location. THANKS, Arby's on Hammond
This Arby’s store location on Hammond drive is really good: the service at This store can be a little slow sometimes but today everything was fast and the order was done very well and without any issues or complaints.
A coworker and I went during our lunch break and also ordered food for others who weren’t with us. The manager who was working the register at the time could have easily let my coworkers pay full price for the food with separate orders. But he made the effort to tell us to combine the meals which saved us $4-5 on the food instead. It’s the little things that will make feel like they genuinely want to serve you but not rip you off at the same time. We rung the bell on our way out!
I have been going to this Arby's for several years. The staff is always pleasant and food for the most part is very good. They were real nice to me when I had to wait forever for AAA. Gave me free coffee and let me wait inside on a cold and rainy Winter night. My favorites are gyros and curly fries. Tried the crinkle 🍟 but not as good as the curly s. Would have been better if they had seasoning.
Very clean food was fresh and my order was correct! Lol the manager Que was so courteous I almost felt like I was at chic fila! This my new fav location
Good food and great service. I brought my kids with me and everything came out hot and tasty even though they were short staffed.
Inside definitely a little more consistent than drive thru. Please know before you go, this is a VERY challenging drive thru access through the Publix parking lot. You've got to really want Arby's. That said, park close and walk in, it's truly worth it and easier.
Inside service is quick and professional. Food was perfect, during busy lunch.
Ring the bell when you leave, that's a thing if you have great service.
This is my go to when I'm on or near Hammond Dr. The food was fresh and hot. My turnovers were fresh and not hard and the Jamoca shake was great!
