Went here for a friend who seems to still like their chicken. The drive thru window glass was broken out and it seemed like the staff had no concern or care to clean up the broken glass. Food is not the same and has no taste.

Hey this so-called manager John on first shift needs to fired immediately. He wears dirty pants to work around food, and displays an equally dirt attitude and demeanor towards staff AND customers!

If I could post without giving a star I would!! The customer service is not even dumpster worthy! The people in the fast food industry want $15. With this type of customer service it would not be feasible because there wouldn’t be customers and it would close down. Why do people tolerate poor customer service #boycottkfcbouldercrest

I stopped at OC for a load and was craving some chicken so I headed to KFC. I should have left went they only had certain food items left on menu. The chicken was cold and saturated in grease. Then the chicken leg I they put in the container looked like someone pulled a piece off of it and they didn't put my cookie in the bag. KFC is now officially the most horrible chicken place by far. Never will spend my cash there again.....NEVA!!!!!

Got my order wrong thru drive through....no spork to eat my mashed potatoes with... not even worth going inside to fix it...won’t be back to this location ever!

There customer service was terrible. We had uncooked biscuits, they left off the fries and even forgot the condiments. Our whole order was messed up there is no reason anyone should have that bad of customer service.

Well, went looking for baked chicken to find that they no longer serve but I inquired about the Pot Pie, and the attendant was very forth coming, informative and nice - so I ordered it and it was very good; taste, portion & price. Well done KFC!
