Our family has always been a fan of bk... I went to this store today, Dalarie's service is very attentive and solved the minor troubles I encountered. She also gave my 4-year-old child a toy, she is really amazing, I must thank her for allowing our family to have a perfect meal time🥰

Never ever come to this Burger King, I waited in line 10 mins for terrible nasty food. I ordered a double whopper and the top meat is not done, and the bottom meat is burnt. The fries are old, and my lemonade is watery. If I didnt stay to far away I would take it back. But the people that work there are ghetto and were playing loud music through the intercom while they are trying to take your order

1st I like to say thank you T mobile for my free Whopper on T-Mobile Tuesday but was having trouble with App. 1st time at this BK, Went to BK to get my whopper, then added .40 cheese & ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets. Ready for whopper, then no cheese😒😕. So I called BK up spoke to Mgr. & she said she would take care of me next time I come back🙂😋, appreciate that type of customer service. Thank you.

I tried giving this burger king a chance so many times. All these cars are waiting on their orders , all I suggested to the guy Taking the orders on the drive through to start putting parking numbers in the receipts, that way will be easier on them. He got a nasty attitude like if I was upset ,but I really wasn't at all. This was the last straw . Just shut down the place and start over again. And the wait was sooooooo long as well... I do not recommend this place at all to no one. Go elsewhere.

Their food quality is getting worse and worse. In the beginning they were okay, but after McDonalds opened nearby they started losing customers and their food quality also started to deteriorate. I would still go to BK to get food because it is a more convenient drive, but after todays purchase I would rather go to the nearby McDonalds which is out of the way for me. I have attached a photo of my most recent purchase. A simple Whopper meal which was absolutely butchered. Ingredients in the burger seem to be smashed together and the fries were cold and old. (I ordered medium fries and i'm not even sure if its a size medium)

I pulled up to the parking lot with my family to be told that the lobby is closed and they were only doing drive thru. That is understandable, everywhere is understaffed at the moment. I then ordered for drive thru pickup using the Burger King mobile app since we needed a few minutes to look over the menu and get our order together, and we did not want to hold up the drive thru line. Once I finished submitting the order, I pulled up to the drive thru patiently waiting for a greeting. I was not an annoying customer that immediately says “HELLO?” After a few minutes, someone finally spoke to us and after saying we have a pickup order we were directed to the first window. At the window, we also did not receive a greeting as well instead the two men rudely asked why did we order through the app instead of at the drive thru. We told them that we needed time to look at the menu and they seemed to be unsatisfied with our answer since they shook their heads and rolled their eyes. They then directed us to park so we could wait for our order. The guy that brought it out did not say anything when he handed out the bags of food and started walking away, so we gave him a few seconds to say ANYTHING, and when he didn’t, we had to ask about our drinks for our meals. He then asked what drinks we ordered, and we told him three cokes and one mello yellow. He came back with two cokes and two mello yellows. Our burgers and sandwiches were customized but they clearly did not read our order and threw whatever they wanted together. We also ordered the ghost pepper nuggets to try for the first time, which did not happen since they gave us regular nuggets. To sum it up, our experience was terrible because of the lack of customer service skills and the order not being correct. I can see from the numerous negative reviews that this is not an isolated incident and that those two workers are very rude to many other customers. I feel sorry for whoever owns this location because their reputation is being tarnished.

I am so disappointed with their drive thru service, the person messed up my order multiple times. But yet I was never bothered about it and didn’t stop going back. But this time it made me so mad that how they constantly keep messing up my order. I got there four to fives times in a week by now they should know the order. But no they don’t, so anyways they replaced the messed up order with the right one. And when I got home I see this as my whopper. Burnt all the way. How better the day could be. Had to go back to get my money back as what’s the point for paying for such a service where they don’t check what they are giving to their customers. Highly upset about it.
