Moe's Southwest Grill

Excellent customer service. You are greeted when you walk in the door. You don’t wait long to be serviced. The food is fresh and hot and scrumptious. The restaurant is quiet, clean, and music playing in the background. Special shout out to Waurice. I love his energy, and he fixes your plate with LOVE!!! And his professionalism is unmatched. Love this restaurant.

I purchased the chicken burrito with everything on it. Since I took a late lunch, no line, no waiting. What I didn't like is it was priced 1.00+ more than was listed on the board so for that, no tip. I found them to be stingy with the chips. It was in the bag with my sandwich. Hmm. Still it was tasty.

I have only been to one other Moe's in another state. Chiptole is my go-to. I thought that ordering at Moe's would be just like chiptole, but it's not. I had some difficulty figuring out what/how to order. The staff seemed patient, but overall, my experience was fine. They were missing some of the ingredients they said they offered. Still recommend though.

I'm not sure if I've ever been to a Moe's before; if I have it was a long time ago. I decided to stop into this one and ordered a steak burrito. It was huge and delicious! I loved ordering in Spanish. The staff is comprised of native Spanish speakers but all are bilingual and speak perfect English. They greeted me upon arrival, were happy to serve me, treated me with respect, made my food exactly they way I asked, and did it quickly and efficiently. The restaurant was clean and orderly. I liked it so much I ate there again the next day. I will definitely be going back next time I am in this part of town.

Pretty good Moes! I do wish they had all the available ingredients in the evenings. Most times they are out of fajita onions peppers and mushrooms. The restaurant is kept clean and there is plenty of seating. The staff is friendly. The parking lot is adequate though the dedicated parking is limited.
