Domino's Pizza

HATE, HATE, HATE this Domino's. Whenever we order, it takes 3+ hours to get our food. Given its history, the last time we ordered I decided to go in and find out why my order hadn't showed up since they don't answer the phone. As it turns out, they take their phone off the hook so customers can't call the store. The manager is aware because she was standing there when I asked about it. In the corner, there are about 30-40 boxes stacked unevenly under the heated of orders just sitting. The woman at the counter nonchalantly dropped 2 boxes on the counter claiming that was whole order. I had drinks and at least 3 other boxes that I had to convince her to dig out since my order was a $60 order (they refused to refund the delivery fee). The insane thing is, on the app you can't decide to get delivery from the other store that is just as close. Orders go straight to specified stores. I've never dealt with this amount of ridiculous foolishness in my life.

Haven't even got my food yet. Walked inside the store after having to be buzzed in. Last I checked this was a pizza shop, not a pawn shop. "Lady" at register looked at me and walked to the back assuming she was on her break, I left it alone. Waited patiently for a bit, and the man making the pizza greeted us nicely asking if we were here for pickup, I replied no here to place an order. Another guy walks in behind us, the woman comes to the register and helps him pay for his order of takeout. No problem. Thought maybe she's new and doesn't know how to place an order yet, sure. After being buddy-buddy with this brother, she reluctantly looks at us and ask "you ready?" I replied are you ready? I place order and she mumbles everything as if I'm not even there all the while picking the dough and whatnot out of her 4" long fake nails. If her fingernails that dirty, imagine what back end look like. Absolutely unacceptable. You are in the bu. siness of hospitality. Not going to be eating pizza with dirt from underneath someone's fingernails. No thanks.

Let me share with you a honest review of dominos on Bouldercrest rd and dominos online service. My delivery store was Bouldercrest and I ordered online. Now let's state it's a Birthday party for young ones that I'm setting up as well. I order 4 pizzas ,wings and garlic twist. They send me 4 very dry pizzas with crusty looking meat in the middle of a child's gathering and is a hour late with delivery after I scheduled it,meaning that they had more than enough time to be on time. I call the online service and they tell me it is supposed to be cooked that way there is no error and to bring it back to the store for refund. But wait this is delivery ,why do I have to return it to the store after I payed delivery fees and a tip. Do I pay gas and do what they suggest. Absolutely not..I'm here to tell you it was wrong. I did not want a refund,I only wanted replacement pizza for the children to be delivered. It is beneath me and these children to be served dry meat and crust pizza to these young ones because dominos refused to replace the pizza. Dominos online service and management is a disgrace to proper customer care and food service. Bouldercrest location is not fit to feed the people. Please take note and shop for your pizza with caution. They got the 1 star because you have to press a star ⭐ to text your review. They deserve no stars and the voice of the people telling them that we will not stand for such poor service in our community.

Now this doesn’t make any sense. Not only was the pizza cut any kind of way but the wings weren’t even thoroughly cooked. On top of that I’ve never seen flat pita bread looking garlic knots sold from dominos ever in my life. You all definitely need to do better especially when we’re paying for the food. I will never order from here ever again.

Placed a online at at 7 30 pm it's 9 39 pm never received my order. The store never answers the phone. Never received a call from the driver or the store we apologize we didn't deliver your order so the basically just took my money. Will never order from this dominos again, hopes this gets to the owner. The customer service is awful
