We (Collins Hill High School Band) had a Friday night football game at Westlake. The stadium ran out of food. I called Domino's to order 25 pizzas. They told me no without even thinking about it. I then called Papa Johns, and the lady said yes without question. Even asked me how fast I needed them. I said we are at your mercy. She said, "Oh, ok then, will
40 minutes be ok. Yes, that works for me. So 80 band kids got fed because of them that night. THANK YOU PAPA JOHNS.

I am pleased with the customer service. I had not been to Papa Johns in years plural. I love my neighborhood and wanted to support under the new Shaquille O'neal ownership. As such, we ordered online. This is where 4/5 stars were earned. The online set up did not appear as simple as I needed it to be and I ordered cheese when I wanted 2 toppings that were advertised with the family meal of two pizzas: specialty and large two topping. The team was kind enough to add the toppings because they did come with the order. The discussed it with me to get an understanding. I apologized for my user error and asked them if they would fix it anyway. They did! My family was happy and I am, too!! We will come back!
Let me just say that Tavia goes above and beyond! On Monday 10/31/22 I ordered from another store (#1702 on Cascade Ave, not this location) I had the worst experience. However, I was given the wrong store number. I sent the email to corporate and Tavia called me immediately. It wasn't even her store but she was the nicest and helped me resolve my issues. Thank you Tavia for your professionalism and going the extra mile.
