Even when this location is slammed with customers from the attached office complex, the service is fast and friendly. I recommend walking as there’s really no parking unless you’re using a mobile order pickup spot. This location does not offer any of the soups Chick Fil A normally carries such as the chicken noodle or seasonal chicken tortilla.

I was trying to place a catering order online and was having trouble completing my order, so I called the store. There is a reason I don’t mention Chick-Fil-A when I tell people what my favorite fast food places are because THEY ARE IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN!!! I was assisted by El and I couldn’t imagine getting a better customer experience. They were patient when I gushed about my modest order and was willing to accommodate all of my needs. We need more people like El and we need more companies like Chik-Fil-A that choose the best employees for the job. I know where I’m calling next time I need to order food for my team.

Ak was amazing. She went above and beyond providing excellent customer service while maintaining a smile the whole time . Definitely Set the bar for the reputation that chick fila has for customers appreciation. She is definitely a role model for professionalism and being a team leader! Thank you Ak!

We had a terrible door dasher that never delivered our food so We called Chick-fil-A and they went above a beyond to help us out .The manager at this location was so very amazing and even brought us new drinks and cookies for the bad experience we had .we will definitely continue to eat and order Chick-fil-A! Thank you guys again

I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A. Prior to this franchise existing, I would never have guessed you could deliver such great service in a fast food chain. The chicken sandwich is just as good or better than you'd get at a lot of fancy restaurants. My only issue is that the food here can be high in sodium. I also like how the company will only give their franchisees one store so that they can spread the opportunities around. I do not agree with some of the company's values as it relates to social issues.

I stopped in for a quick lunch while in the area for business. This location was slammed with mobile, DoorDash, and walk-in orders. The staff worked diligently to serve customers and crank out food. The patio is an excellent place to sit, especially since the dining room is small. I had the grilled nuggets, which were so good!!! (Like always.)

You will drive by and miss the place. The sign is obstructed by trees but to give you an ideal of the location. It's directly across the street from Haverty and Men's Wearhouse. They have sitting outside and limited seats inside. A lot of the nearby locals eat here. I've seen everyone from tourists to lawyers to retail clerks eat here. Prices are reasonable and they have good quality chicken.
