A single employee kept the dozens of customers happy and moving right along. Idk how this woman worked so quickly. The orange cranberry muffin was sweet, tart and just a bit crumbly. The coffee was rich and smooth. The interior features a long counter with standing and seating options for your convenience. Quiet and chatty travelers were constantly coming and going as they got their caffeine fix. Definitely the spot to stop at on concourse D.

Very busy cafe immediately after security but the customer service was excellent. I unfortunately couldn’t see the name tag of the gentleman making sandwiches on the morning of 11/12 but exemplified excellent customer service during what was an extremely busy period. He was making breakfast sandwiches as fast as humanly possible, sometimes taking orders while the other member restocked or made coffee, he communicated with customers about the status of their orders and even confirmed orders before handing them over. He changed his gloves if he had to handle other duties prior to handling food again. There was a bit of a wait but I was so impressed with how he handled everything while maintaining an amazing attitude is deserving of recognition

Long wait but it was worth it, even tho I was nervous after reading the reviews. Now I Wish I’d gotten an XL cup of that Caramel cappuccino with whip cream. The tall guy that served me was patient, sweet, and a joy to run into that morning. Wanted the food but the coffee was more reasonable.

You can only use your credit/debit card, no cash. No one was tipping. So for those complaining about the staff maybe you might consider helping minimum wage workers with a tip. The latte was quickly served and excellent quality.

Great chai latte & excellent service. Quaint location in terminal D. Sitting and standing room around large table with electrial outlets.

We got a cortado and a chai latte. Service was fast and I liked the quality cinnamon sprinkled on top.

I left my long black coat with a faux fur hat.Please turn it in to lost and found where I have made a claim I have only had it for a week.THANKYOU Why are there no phone numbers or website? If anyone has picked up my coat please take it backorder contact lost n found maybe they will tell you where to drop it off or add to mail or keep until I am back.

Calm atmosphere. The coffee was great—I got an iced “caramel macchiato” which I think was a caramel latte there. It was the best one I have every had. I swear! The guy who made it- his name Mekhi. Cashier’s name was Jamal, he was very nice too! The other staff lady was busy cleaning up and working hard, which is nice to see these days. Good overall vibes. I hope to remember this location. It is near the D gates.

Giving this location 5 stars because the coffee was great and the girl working was all by herself and had a huge line of customers and she did her thing and got through it. Give her a raise!!!!

Nice atmosphere in the midst of Terminal D. Appreciate the use of organic ingredients (where possible). A decent selection of pastries. Staff seemed less than enthusiastic, but who is at 5 AM.
