I love their monthly free chocolate for royal customers. The hot chocolate there is fantastic. I had chocolate ice cream and a free piece chocolate last visit.

Since 1926, Godiva has provided chocolate to my family for now, generations. I, like my great grandparents before me, enjoy the milk chocolate bars to the sweetest and simple chocolate covered strawberries. I regularly stop by and enjoy the rewards that accompany scanning my Godiva membership card each visit and the employee Amber often greets and addresses me by name, Recently I purchased the chocolate covered pretzels as a gift for my significant other. She loved them and so I intend to buy more for the upcoming holiday season. Thank you Godiva for such an amazing customer service experience. Godiva is love. Godiva is life.

Lovely place for chocolate lovers. A small counter full of varieties. All the chocolates not only looks yummy but tastes too.
Nice collection, staffs got sense of hygiene, great service over the counter. It will just make your day.

I love to get my monthly free truffle! Also, it's free to sign-up and you only need to spend $10 a year to get your monthly freebie! Sometimes I get a really nice lady to help me and most of the time it's the complete opposite.

Delicious. I bought my daughter 1 of each of the items in the large glass cases and a couple dozen , mixed variety of the chocolate covered strawberries..........AWESOME gift to give.Spent under a hundred but SHE LOVED IT .

We came in to try their frozen yogurt, hoping that the Godiva name would mean the quality was something better than what you would get at your normal frozen yogurt stand in a strip mall or fast food restaurant. We were wrong. Really wrong. In our opinion, the quality is the same or worse than what you would get any of these places, and you'll pay almost $7 for it. Skip it and stick to the chocolate truffles that they're known for.

Chocolate is good as always (probably due to being made off site) customer service was awful. Spent over $50 and they had some serious attitude, while picking chocolates out. Ugh. But hey, I have some yummy candy at the end of the day.
