I only have gotten takeout from here, but the food I've ordered is consistently good. I probably order this maybe once every other week for the past six months and it's been just as good every single time. I've had the General tsos chicken ( ordered extra spicy because it's a bit sweet otherwise) chicken fried rice ( really good here) crab rangoons, mu shu pork, Mongolian beef, and egg drop soup. All of which are tasty and satisfying. The sizzling rice soup was meh.

Service has IMPROVED!. I go here fairly frequently and I've come to expect plain out rude servers. Today, I brought some friends there and I wanted them -- the food is great, the service is horrid.

Apparently, I'm behind the times!

The waitress was extremely nice. When we ordered something new that she wasn't sure our Western palette would like, she asked us questions about our eating preferences and then helped steer us to a dish that better suited us. I guess she overheard me say "sesame chicken is my favorite" because, after we ultimately agreed not to get sesame chicken, she gave us a plate on the house. At the end, we, of course, needed boxes and she boxed our food herself.

I was gobsmacked. I have had better service, but only at truly expensive places. This was incredible.

Best Chinese food in the ATL. This is the ONLY place to get amazing chinese food in Atlanta. I have been a patron for 12 years and I am never disappointed. The owner/chef is like a family member. He puts his love of food into each dish!!! Go and Enjoy!!!!

Our favorite Chinese so far. It's hard to consider other Chinese restaurants when this one is just so good. We try to stick to lunch because the portions seem to be the same size as the dinner ones but cost half as much AND you get free soup and one of the best spring rolls in town.

I'd like to say we've tried a lot of things on the menu because we go on average once a month and have been for years, but we stick to what we know we LOVe - orange peel beef, house fried rice, and spicy basil chicken. The kids always want the sweet and sour chicken, which is just as good as it is anywhere else.

The chef frequently comes out and visits the tables, which is a nice touch. The servers...well, maybe they leave a lot to be desired but they're pleasant enough and bring the food to the table, so what?

They seem to be big on the ScoutMob and other daily deal things and ask that you pay with cash when you use one of these options. I think they have a loyal enough following that more or less everyone is familiar with what they're going to get when they come here.

I tried LS for the first time in 5/2011 thanks to ScoutMob. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of vegetarian options, including the egg rolls, hot & sour soup, garlic eggplant, and sizzling tofu in black bean sauce. All of these dishes were very good, and we will be back!

Incredible Chinese Food. This is some of the best Chinese food in Atlanta. Try the Sesame Chicken and Orange Peel Beef. The owner is very friendly and comes around to see how you like the food. Sometimes he will send out little dishes of appetizers on the house. The food here is very fresh and not as greasy as some Chinese restaurants and you get great portions for the money. Very attentive staff as well.

Spicy, authentic Szechuan food. I remember coming here with family when I first moved to Atlanta. Then we came here every week for the following three weeks. Yes, that good. Every dish is unique in its flavor. I haven't found some of the dishes anywhere else. I think they have traditional Americanized Chinese food like General Tso's chicken and various fried noodle dishes, but I have never tried them. Why waste the chef's cooking talent on that? My favorite dishes are the eggs with shrimp cooked in a spicy garlic sauce, fish in spicy soup, and pot with pork's blood and intestine. Honestly in Chinese that last dish sounds a lot more appetizing. The pot is served over a flame and contains a mixture of tofu, pork's blood, and intestine. Everyone I make try this dish end up loving it--even those who don't like the idea of it. After every meal a cold soup of red bean and tapioca is served. It's not too sweet and always a great consistency. It's a nice ending to complement the spiciness of the dishes.

Good food - bad service.. I think this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Atlanta, but the service has been bad the last couple of times. It was VERY slow last time. To their credit, they did send out complimentary potstickers after a while. But the service was even slow after all other tables except one other was left. Also, we used a purchased Creative Loafing dining deals certificate. The waitress complained and told us we should have phoned ahead - absurd!

My favorite place to order Chinese for delivery. Always delicious and I'm obsessed with the salt and pepper calamari. In fact most of the time I get my whole order from here just because of that. I have tried several of their dishes and so far so good. They always sent the fresh white rice, plenty of napkins, utencils, sauces and fortune cookies so I'm a happy costumer.

There appears to be two Little Szechuans in the area. This review is for the one on Buford Rd. Great food, reasonably priced. People are friendly over the phone and in person. The windows are tinted a bit dark, but they are open and welcoming in case you want to dine in. If you place a take out order, call. They have not yet removed the Asian Food Map link from their website so your order may not be relayed to them. They also have vegan/vegetarian options & deliver within a limited area. Glad to have run across them. Will definitely be back.

Some of the people writing these reviews must have broken taste buds.. Do ya'll normally eat dog food and Ramen at home?? I have been a regular patron at both the old and new location and the food has been consistently amazing across the menu for me and every person I've introduced to the place. Every sauce has a unique hand crafted taste, not cookie cutter everything tastes the same at any takeout place crap. Maybe the decor and service are closer to 3 stars. But the real star is the food, and worth the small inconvenience of having to grab cash if you're using Scoutmob. I bet the folks complaining about it are the type who only tip on the discounted total rather than the pre-coupon meal cost.. FIVE STARS ALL DAY for Chef Kong's memorable cuisine.

This restaurant is now under new management and the service was not good. They no longer have white wine and they didn't even have lemons or limes for the tap water. Thankfully, the food is still good. We were there around 7 pm on a Saturday night and it was absolutely empty. I hope this was just a bad day for them.

Best Chinese food in Atlanta!! Chef Kong is friendly, and really takes care of his customers. The Orang Peel Beef is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted of ANY cuisine!! Dumplings=amazing! Serving portions are HUGE! One dish feeds two grown men! You get what you pay for... and much more at Little Szechaun!

Little Szechuan has the BEST CHINESE FOOD in ATLANTA! Hand made dumplings, don't miss the garlic eggplant, authentic sweet and sour dishes - none of the orange stuff from other Chinese restaurants - steamed fish, and the free appetizer of sweet radish and spicy bean sprouts can be found at no other Chinese restaurant in Atlanta! I could eat here five days a week.......!!!

Great authentic chinese food in a sketchy shopping center. If you love spicy food, this place is the real deal. Staff is extremely helpful when it comes to ordering. Definitely going back.

Not the typical Americanized Chinese food. A bit shabby decor, just like a restaurant in China that caters to locals. Nice selection of dishes and not all are typical.

Loved this place my gf introduced it to me. For Chinese food this is less oily and fresher tasting. It's location is not very curb appealing but the owner and staff are most friendly
