Fries were hot. Soda was cold. No complaints about using rewards
AI on point. She gets the order right. The live staff that cook and at the window cannot be replaced. Extra nice attitudes and Great customer service.
Very positive experience today. New cashier overcharged and I didn’t catch it. She caught it and let me know. Honesty and good service is always a ++ Manager apologized, corrected and gave a complimentary drink for the inconvenience.
Our order was correct, which was great. There is an automated voice in drive-thru now, that's kinda weird. Our food was good.

Night shift had messed our order up so bad .. I went back next day and the shift manager at the time corrected everything with no issues and too many apologies. Don’t know his name but accent was Jamaican. Awesome leader 10 stars

A different type of situation with the drive thru's, one drive thru is for placing and picking up your order.
The other drive thru is only for pickup online delivery orders.
Don't know what that's about? But these checker's have a lot of blond hair all of a sudden.

I went around 1am about 3 cars in line moved fast the lady at the window customer services was great fries was cold but everything else good

Delicious burgers, made your way. Double burgers are a plus. They even corrected an order I placed, which I appreciated, very much. Instead of charging the higher price, very good customer service. Also, they keep this restaurant clean.
