Arby's

Upon arriving I was third in line at the Drive-thru. I was greeted by a nice lady. She seemed happy and eager to work . I told her what I would like she was great cause she also had suggestive sales. I declined. But she did a very great job and in a speedy fashion. I also liked the fact that I had all condiments needed for my order. These wings was so yummy. The sauce is so good. Plus my food was fresh and hot upon receiving it in a timely manner.

Wanted to grab a quick chocolate shake@mcDonalds but the line was crazy long. Then I saw Arby's. Remembered they have great shakes & $1 "happy hour shakes" ,plus there was not much of a line. Ofc they didn't have the $1 shakes when I asked. I joked with the lady at the counter and she was good humored about it. I don't know why they can't offer happy hour pricing at their airport location. Just another way for corporate America to unnecessarily extract a person's money away from them. Not the end of the world but it would be nice. There was some sort of issue with the chocolate shake side so I waited about 10 times longer than I would normally have for her to make it. She gave me a large shake for the long wait(I had ordered a small). All in all a positive experience in spite of the inconveniences The shake was yummy. I made my flight and the world was good.

Man you guys don't know how lucky you are..ive been to this location several times but never had a crew treat me this good. They had genuine care for all their guest and took ownership and pride over their jobs..passionately detail cleaning chairs and things in the dining room. It was incredible to see a whole staff be led by a manager with the balance of heart for the people and pride in the job. Every customer that left tonight rang that bell...and so will I...
