Subway

Very unfriendly environment. They lady literally said nothing to me other than "what kind of sub" Bread was STALE..soda machine exposed and showed mildew. I requested a 6 inch sub meal and she TRIED to charge me $10! I ended up with just the stale a** sub... Needless to say that I'll NEVER return to this location. SMH now I have to return to work unsatisfied from lunch

hi, Please read completely to get the idea on this. please do not trust operating hours in app as this store maintains different hours. On May 1st(saturday), i have ordered one sandwich at 9:50 PM ET and in app it was showing pick up the order at 10:10 PM ET. Store opens till 11 PM ET. i reached the store at 10:05 PM and it is closed. Inside the guy was cleaning and OPEN board also switched-off. i have seen two stickers for operating hours, 1 is showing 11 PM and another one is showing 10 PM, second one is updated manually. i tried to contact the guy who was cleaning inside and he didnt open the door but shouted like 'it is closed'. why app and store is not in SYNC so we should not trust the app. I tried to contact subway on this and i don't find any options to talk with customer care on this kind of issues so submitted all details in contact us page, given the all details in the feed back email as well. but no one replied and after 4 days, again went to store(this time i reached the store at 6 PM) and had a big conversation with the guy and explained everything. He made some calls and i have given description about the guys who was working at that time. After 30 mins, they have agreed to compensate by refund or making the same sandwich again. There were two guys, one guy was making conversation but other was making some weird sounds and it was unbearable. i am regular customer to that store and i found some late in order or some rudeness but this beyond worst. i never recommend this store to anyone. Be careful about operating hours. Actually, i want to give minus rating but no option in google.

The spenish girl with ugly attitude will do her best to over charge u. Keep ur eye open when she charge. She will also refuse yo give u receipt. She charged me 22 dollars for 2 foor long veggie. 2 footlong veggie for 22 and no receipy. I will never go to this subway again. Be carefull when u swipe ur card here she is fraud.

I’ve been coming to this place for years almost 11 years, always been good till two years ago then everything started going down !! Past couple weeks I’ve been getting sandwich from here then every time I get it the bread is very old !!! This people have all the precautions about corona! You come from the front door then they make you leave from the back door then you have to go around the shopping center to get back to your car, They should worry more about this product that they feed people and other stuff
