After extensive search for the perfect fit for me, I came across The GoodWynn, and I absolutely love my choice! The area, the quality, the commute, everything is just great. Samara was my leasing consultant and she made everything so easy. She was so helpful and more than accommodating. She helped me get the unit that was right for me and she was very flexible. 10 out of 10 experience. I most definitely recommend the Goodwynn and Samara specifically!

Edit: Initially gave my experience below a 1Star, but the diligence and the kindness of the staff who worked hard to rectify the situation confirmed that this property was a great choice for me. THEY are a 5 star team. Samara, Quita and Stacy are fantastic! I hope Carroll Mgt/Arium updates their processes to improve prospective renter communication to ensure their great staff are set up for success. /// I’m so disappointed in the application process. Despite the reviews saying the same thing I thought my experience would be different. I fell in love with the property and as I was there viewing the current residents volunteered positive reviews on the property. I immediately attempted to apply. First time may have been my fault by registering for the tour by my the shortened version of my name vs my full name. System locked me out. I emailed through the application system AND via the property email. Plus making SEVERAL calls. No one responded. I went back - driving 2hrs- registering for a new tour. Confirmed it was the best property for me and attempted to apply again. My application is still locked! I hope I don’t miss out on my unit. The leasing agents were so kind (Samera and Quita) and property is beautiful….I will make one last attempt. But this has been a very stressful experience.

I have lived at The Goodwynn for almost 5 years and only leaving because I’m moving out of state. The office staff is the BEST! They are welcoming and let you know you are home! I’ve enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to call home, to choose The Goodwynn!

Samara and Quita are so helpful! I had a pretty annoying experience when first trying to move here from a different state. The communication was lacking and not up to my standard. However, Samara and Quita turned things around quickly!! They are absolutely great. They know how to do their jobs and are extremely professional. I just moved in and so far it has been a wonderful experience. This building gets slammed with tours and requests, so if you don't get an answer on the phone that might be why. Make an appointment to tour and show up on time. I will update my review in a few months after living here. But so far so good!!!!
