We ordered two peppermint grande hot chocolates with no whipped cream and extra hot. We got two peppermint grande hot chocolates with whipped cream and not hot. We checked the label and it was clear that the order was submitted correctly. The barista did not read the instructions when making our drinks.

Kind of the perfect location. Which also means it’s hella busy. The line wraps around the building like Constantly. Mobile order is always the way to go, or else you’ll be waiting for 10 minutes plus. I’ve never had to wait for mobile order, it’s always ready when they say it will be. The people are v nice in the drive thru. They’re all such characters. Lovely patio, great place to enjoy a coffee with a friend.

Decent place ...only problem is they don't have charging spots in patio..so if you're planning to use your laptop in patio and your device runs out of battery you just can't charge.

Let me say that the day shift at this location is amazing. I go in a few times a week. I've seen the store be super busy and very slow. They always do service with a smile. I'm always greeted. I've noticed they have learned some regulars names. It's absolutely amazing. I do mobile, in store and drive through orders and they haven't let me down yet. They are just amazing.
