I’m not one to usually leave reviews unless the service was really bad or really great but with my experience tonight at this location service was fast order was spot on and the food was great this team definitely needs some recognition from higher management weather that is corporate management or franchise management either way I’d like to see more Taco Bell’s of this caliber down in the Savannah ga area where I live

Nice place. Staff is better now than few months back. But completely screen based ordering. No human to take orders. You can place order online, in app or go to screen and enter your need on screen (4 stations to order). Pretty easy but some combinations are hard to order. Sometimes some combination or substitution they could make earlier cannot be done in new computerized system. You pickup your order on a shelf near the door. You have to pay for water also now, earlier water was free. Dine in is available more often now, and you can sit in chairs at table. Dine-in usually seems to take longer than drive thru.

Food was quick and correct, and they gave a coupon for a free taco since they were out of the Baja Blast that I ordered on the app. There's a separate line for mobile orders which is cool since I feel like I get to skip the line 😂 Let's be real, it's Taco Bell so it ain't fancy but the workers have always been friendly and attentive at this location which is why it gets 5 stars. Loved the fact that there was an order kiosk near the front entrance. Google pay, Android pay and Apple pay all accepted here at the kiosk and cashier line. 75% of the customers ordered and payed at the kiosk, myself included. Getting to the point where no one has any interactions with each other publicly anymore. I ordered togo food, party pack 10 of whatever combination of bean burrito and tacos and it was ready in under 4 minutes.
