Starbucks

This review is for the Perimeter Mall location: Staff performed lunch-hour quite nicely, they speak clearly and concisely despite having masks on, and they relate to their customers. Certainly working faster and a bit better than my location back home. They've even filled up my Venti cup quite full of Frappuccino! (As a disclaimer, I am not local to this area.)

OMG this place has truly turned around and it’s all thanks to KAYLA!!! She is the NICEST and legitimately most cheerful barista I’ve EVER met, and I’m what you’d call a Starbucks-FanGirl lol. We were just about to quit coming to this location due to their lackluster service and relatively grumpy attitudes, but just as we were making our “last visit,” Kayla came in from a new location and saved the day!! I don’t work for Starbucks, never had and hope I never will (in a retail capacity) but this girl is the bomb-dotcom! Anyone who needs a customer service employee for the stars, please go here and meet Kayla. You can’t fake her positive energy everyday, her pension for remembering customers and engaging with us each and every morning and afternoon, (2x daily customers lol). Total 180 degree change as long as she’s here, this is our favorite location in ALL of Atlanta! :)

I didn’t have a bad experience here like most of the reviewers. However, my orders are pretty simple, as I don’t drink coffee. Got a tall tea with honey and cinnamon and two sugars. Huge snack selection and selection of other beverages. I deducted a star simply because it’s a tight space and hard to maneuver a stroller.

I work nearby, and stop by this Starbucks for a morning coffee, pretty often. I usually order a head with the app, and have only had to wait a couple of times for my order. In most cases its ready before I walk in the door. The morning drive through line is a different story, it's usually a really long line, and moves slow. I never use it, and don't suggest using it either, at least not in the morning. The service for me is always good, the staff is super friendly, and they get my order right. The mornings are just a really busy time for them, but I haven't had any issues, or maybe they just like me because I come in so much lol.
