This Dunkin’ was the best we’ve ever experienced! The gentleman that took our order, made our drinks and helped us was so kind, wish i would’ve caught his name. Thank you for making the experience beyond brag-worthy! We visited 11/09 around 815pm, if that helps determine who helped us. Please let him know his kindness made our day!

Coffee is always fresh and hot but it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back 3 days a week. The manager and staff are amazing so friendly and warm. They always act excited to see me and appreciate my business but I leave knowing they appreciate me just as much.

My favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. My iced latte is always right. The other locations usually forget to stir it which makes it taste bitter.

UPDATE: I am updating my previous negative review to now recognize my current 5-star review. It seems that some companies do pay attention to these reviews and work hard to fix and improve upon the concerns customers have. I would like to recognize and thank this establishment for the hard work they’ve done to bring about a better Dunkin’ Donuts experience. The menu options have improved and their customer service in store and at the drive-through is far superior than where it was a year ago. Thank you very much for your dedication to customer service.

Dropped into Dunkin for the first time in decades. I was so surprised at how updated the drink offerings were. The kiosk allows you to custom order your drink. It was nice to have a choice of dairy or oat milk or cream, sugar or all types of sugar substitutes. I have been craving frozen drinks but don't want the sugar, now I can get them! I got a frozen coffee and plan to try the match next time. The two staff working there were super friendly and chatty while I waited to my drink to be prepared. I will definitely drop in often now! What a terrific discovery!

Ive gone here twice in 1 week ams Sidney has made my machiattos. Wow. She has knocked it out of the park. The coffee was hot and the flavors were mixed perfectly. Dont let her go, you guys need her.

This could be the busiest dunking in the neighborhoods. They have a little dine in area that’s separate from the noise, that’s nice. It’s a decent Dunkin location.
