Old favorite. No one has reviewed Krystal? What's not to love? Terribly unhealthy, artery clogging square goodness. Wonderful at 3PM or 3AM, just prepare for the gastrointestinal aftermath. Better fries than most fast food places. And just for the record: all of their combo prices are sans cheese. Be prepared for an extra 30-50 cents per burger. I bet they make a good bit of their yearly profit on cheese.
Disappointed the dining room was closed so early. Girl running drive through was great. Chocolate milkshake wasn't mixed all the way.
The staff is cool. I've been there a few times. My only complaint is when I get my burger, it's just not hot! Fix that, and we'd be good!
Went here 6/28 around 1pm. Pulled into the drive thru and was asked if I could wait a moment being as they were busy ,sure no problem. Within a minute the voice came over the speaker apologizing for the wait and asked to take my order. The young man taking the order is truly exceptional, what a great guy!! Super friendly, helpful, and very happy attitude. The food was great, order was accurate except for the fries were small instead of large. However the young man checked everything before handing it to us and caught that, he immediately replaced the small fries with large. I am from the Savannah Ga area and we haven't seen this type of service in years. Keep up the great work I'll be visiting here everything I visit Atlanta.
That nighttime girl worked the drive thru like a real professional, she was experienced and well mannered there was no
Body else there helping her she had to do it all on her own and if she was stressed she definitely did t show it. I personally would like to recommend her for a leadership spot if she is willing to take it
I have been to almost all of the Krystals in Atlanta and this is probably the best run and cleanest and offers the best experience. Staff is very friendly professional and quick to get the order out. Burgers were awesome!!
This is a great location for Krystals. I live near the 14th St location but always travel to this location as the staff here rocks! They accept coupons and always get my orders right. Always a good crew working here, Highly recommend 5 star experience every time (well maybe except when the shake machine is broke, but still highly recommended!)
Basically like White Castle.. the fries were really good. They forgot 1 of ours tho but we didn’t go back. Customer service was decent.
Seriously the best Krystal experience I’ve ever had, the gentleman working 8.18.23 was super professional and nice. Food was hot and fresh.
When ever I am in Buckhead, I want Krystals because there isn't one near me and I really love those little square burgers. Yesterday just happened to be my day and as always I wasn't disappointed. I want to thank the two Gentleman that took care of me because my bacon cheese krystals were fresh and hot off the grill as were the fries mmmm mmmm delicious. This location always lives up to my fast food expectations and everyone is ready to serve via the drive thru or walk in. Well done Gentlemen. well done. I will definitely make a special trip down there again because it's totally worth it🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 And the bathroom was clean too lol....
This was the best Krystals I have been to. They actually had the lobby open and were very friendly. The food was good and hot.
