Ronald is a top tier employee. I was very impressed by his customer service and kindness. He’s unlike any other customer service employee I’ve ever met. He was eager to help and obviously takes much pride in his position! I would come back solely to be helped by Ronald!

Mr. Ronald was so sweet and awesome. Called numbers loudly, brought food to peoples areas nearby. Wiped down tables and took trash away too without being required to. Thank you for making this holiday travel very pleasant sir!! Atl airport terminal B

The food was delicious but even more than that was the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Mr Donald. This company is VERY lucky to have a person of his magnitude driving there customer service. Anytime I'm traveling in the area I will be sure to stop here.

The food was hot, fresh, and SO good! I had the House Turkey Club.
Ronald was so welcoming and fun! He promoted the food and said "we're so glad to have you"! I'll eat here again for sure! (In Atlanta Airport).

Ronald was exceptionally welcoming and kind. He graciously led me to a table that he wiped down, brought me everything I needed for my order including an ice water. Then he served my order, which was delicious (club salad with grilled chicken breast, all fresh-tasting)! I’ve never experienced such fine hospitality, in the Atlanta airport, no less. I’ll also never forget Ronald and his generosity. It’s surprisingly thoughtful experiences like this that remind us there is still grace in this world. Thank you, Ronald & Fresh to Order.

Ron was so amazingly efficient with passing out the orders and getting the Pick Up line down. He was so professional, kind and efficient. He was the best part of this experience and made it exceptionally easy and quick for me to grab a nourishing meal in less than 15 minutes before my flight began boarding.

The host Ronald was fantastic! Very attentive and made sure we had what we needed with our food, coffee, etc. We were VIPs to him. He also did this with everyone else as we sat at the table at a very, very busy establishment. Food was real good! We are from STL. If I could give 20 stars, I would. Give him a raise, Ronald is giving 200%. Recognize employee talent like this. And he just now took our trash! We are leaving a tip.

The food was great! However, Mr. Ronald was the best part of my stay and is the reason I will always come by gate B when I travel. He definitely deserves a major bonus because he went over and beyond. Mr. Ronald made me and my family feel like we were at a 5 Star restaurant!!!!!
