Tucked away in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Bangkok Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem that offers a taste of authentic Thai cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of spices, instantly transporting you to the bustling streets of Bangkok. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. We were a group of nine, and they were happy to accommodate us with a spacious table at the back of the restaurant. The extensive menu features a wide variety of dishes, from traditional favorites like pad thai and curries to more adventurous options for those seeking a spicier experience. I opted for the Hot Green Curry, and it was a revelation. After years of searching, I finally found a restaurant that could deliver the authentic heat I craved. The curry was packed with flavor, and the portion size was generous. My friends were equally impressed with their choices, raving about the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Massaman Curry. While the restaurant's interior might not be the most modern, it's clean and comfortable, and the focus is clearly on the food. The friendly and attentive staff made our dining experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to make recommendations. Overall, Bangkok Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. If you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine in a cozy and inviting atmosphere, this is the place for you. Just be prepared for some serious heat if you order the Hot Green Curry!

I love simple, delicious thai food and this establishment has me floored. Ask your waiter what to order and they will not steer you wrong. I received fresh, flavorful dumplings and mouthwatering seared salmon. Incredible. Thank you for an amazing meal.

Very nice flavors and atmosphere. Dish is are authentic but serving sizes, at least for lunch, were small. That coupled with the cost knock my star rating from a five to a four. I had Pla-knew-when and hot tea and my wife had Sesame Chicken and a Diet Coke. Lunch cost over $40 with tip….no alcohol.
