Starbucks

I totally love this place! The people here are super nice and the restaurant is super clean. The lines may be a little long but that's because everyone loves coming here. The only things that I could say that needs some changes is their app. I rely upon their app to order a head in the morning so I can get my drink before work. Many times the app is not working correctly and says that it is out of stuff when they're not. Sometimes we can't order a head because there's not enough people working to take the orders ahead. Everything else is amazing.

Ordered a pike shortly before closing. The barista said it looked old, so he gave me a four shot americano in its place (I had asked originally about dark roast but they only had pike). He even offered more shots if it tasted weak (which it did not). Kind gesture that bespoke genuine concern for my coffee and experience to be good. Maybe he could tell I was traveling with kids and needed the boost, and the espresso definitely carried me through the road trip. Anyway, hats off to the staff here, I’ll be much more inclined to stop here on the way to my in-laws thanks to this experience.

Waited 20+ minutes for one drink. Employees were too busy talking with who I assume were other employees off duty. Fully staffed and not very busy inside or out. After finally receiving my drink, batista interrupted her conversion to offer a weak "sorry the wait" and realized when back in my car that the drink wasn't even correct.

Walked inside as drive thru was super long. This has to be the filthiest Starbucks store I have ever seen. Only one bathroom was operating and I have been in cleaner gas station toilets. As I looked around the front of the store while waiting for my drink (gal at register had never heard of Doppio Macchiato) I couldn’t help but notice just how overall filthy everything was. Tables/ floors/ front of the bar area. Every thing. Won’t bother stopping here again. Gross
