Chipotle Mexican Grill

I did online order and every other time got a good amount because I got extra everything, but this time and last time I ordered, I got this amount in the picture. I could already tell there was a lot less than usual because it was so easy to shake around. The chicken I tried from a friend's tasted spoiled, and portions are really little now. The taste overall was just mediocre. A shame that it used to be so good.

I remember hearing all of these amazing things about Chipotle, so when I was looking for a place to eat I saw Chipotle and decided to try it. I was terribly disappointed, and left dissatisfied. The restaurant did not look clean at all, there was stuff (dust it looked like) on the floor, the tables weren’t cleaned after someone had eaten and left, and most of all the food was not good at all. I ordered three hard tacos, with chicken, black beans, and sour cream. It was not what I expected at all. The chicken was not seasoned well, it did not taste good, not even half of my taco was full of ingredients, and the taste just overall was not good. Not to mention the crust was disgusting, and was just overall not what I expected. The chips here were also COVERED in grease, when you pulled out a chip you could see the shiny, look it left on the chips. It left me feeling sick, and queasy after I ate here. It was a waste of my money, and time, I will not be going here ever again. Very dissatisfied, and disappointed.

Has been a minute since eating Chipotle, although first initial coming back brings a lot of memories eating the food once again. Although first initially walking into the store all dine in tables were not cleaned. I understand some days my be busy although the scenery for me isn't new. To wear the hat and be able to work you must carry out the 13 characteristic & uphold the vision of chipotle. May be lack of leadership although the high standards did not seem to exist. Its sad to see a store fail to uphold the integrity and consistence of chipotle dream & vision from the west coast to the east coast.

We ordered online for takeout. After seeing the reviews we were kind of hesitant about ordering here. Well the reviews were right, this chipotle should just close. I got a steak and chicken bowl & the chicken was wayyyy too burnt & nasty. It had hardly any steak and they mashed the guacamole into my bowl that I had to separate it onto another plate. My wife had the steak and carnitas & it was also burnt! The experience overall was just disappointing. I wouldn’t order from this location again. I’d take my money elsewhere if I were you.

Workers were extremely rude to customers. Many of us came in at 7pm and we were told there was no rice for another 20 mins. After waiting that time, another worker said it would take 30 mins for rice to be ready with an attitude. She then told us to do an online order because they have rice there but not for in-person orders. Like what is this service? Are in-person customers not important? The second my party place our orders, a batch of rice was brought to the front. I was very disappointed in how they did the online orders compared to the people we saw get theirs done in-person. Absolutely not okay. I paid over $10 for this while I watched another guy get double the amount of food with his in-person order.

Good food and their employees are always friendly. Even when there's a line, it usually moves pretty quick. Really hate that they charge so much for add ons like guac and queso but the amount they give you is literally enough for two people. Word of advice: if you don't wanna get stuck driving around for a parking space, DO NOT go during their peak lunch hours (around 11:30-12:30).
