Their food is great and served in a timely manner. They have a problem with the intercom and you have to repeat your order too much for my taste. If you have time to go inside, there is a pleasant atmosphere. It's pleasant experience and you want to return for more. I really like it here but wish they would fix the intercom system. Great people meet there and it's fun.

I love visiting this dunkin, but my most recent visit was horrible. I ordered a cold brew with almond milk and french vanilla. I went inside and waited 5 minutes before anyone of the 5 workers acknowledged my existence.. I didn't say anything because I could tell they were kind of busy. The girl finally tried fixing my drink after whispering and looking at me waiting with my soured drink in hand at the counter for 5 minutes, I said it may be sour cold brew or almond. She came back with another soured drink. And then another. Then I had to wait 5 more minutes before someone would fix that one, and just settled for iced coffee because I had to get to class.

Worst customer service, cookies that I bought were old and stale. Dislike this locating a lot, employees are clueless and manager doesn't care. They displayed two cookies for 1.19, but got charged 79 cents each. Manager said "79 cents each" and walked away. I am more mad that the are old and stale. Wasted of time and money. My husband was next in line, but got skipped and the cashier never gave my bag. Had to reach over to get my bag with the stale cookies. So sad. Not coming back.
