Papa Johns Pizza

I don't know what's going on but lately my pizzas have been burnt. My husband isn't picky & when he says it's burnt & can't eat it there's something wrong. This evening I tried again & like I said burnt. Instead of the manger working with me & trying to find out why they pizza is coming out extremely dark just gave me an excuse & proceeded to tell me her didn't want my business anyway. Never had a problem with Baxter Street. Atlanta you need to get it together. Sent it back & asked for a refund. Never will order there again.

Not sure what has happened to this store, but customer service has gone from 100%-0% in a matter of a month. The guy at the register was just plain rude, he was more worried about browsing through his phone than to help the customers. There was no one in the store, everyone was standing around just talking. I’m very disappointed. Will think twice next time I decide to order a pizza from Papa John’s

Perhaps there wasn't much training from the start. Hopefully the staff at this location are reading this comment, merely for correction and not criticism. When serving onions, always peel past the first thick layer for it's always very tough and not edible. Keeping them at a uniform size is suggested. Surprise huge chunks of nearly raw onion buried underneath cheese is not pleasant to the palate Chicago Cut means just that. The pizza is to be cut squared vs. triangular. Please do not give options if you're going to decide how you want the pizza cut. This is totally not acceptable therefore you deserve 1 star.

I have ordered Pizza from Papa John's for years. They have always had high quality food. The ingredients, you can tell they are fresh, every single time. They hands-down have the best pizza sauce compared to others, and the delivery people are always so friendly. The lady that delivered our pizza tonight, she was friendly, even though it was raining outside. It's that kind of courteous thoughtfulness that will keep me as a Papa John's customer, as well as the delicious food. If you want exceptional taste, with world-winning service, look no further than Papa John's. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again!

The worst place ever shaq should take his face and name off of it this is the third time in a month i have ordered pizzas only to be told it was delivered but no driver never came they take it upon themelves to not deliver and just cancel your order tonite i was told they have no drivers why offer delivery with no drivers but offered door dash whom i dont trust with a pet of mine with all the bad experiences ive had with them and their drivers ,if youre in the athens ga area you better take my advice dont order from papa johns looking for a decent meal your kids will probably enjoy bc they really dont care but if you want a guaranteed hot pizza that wont take long to get delivered call bulldawg pizza on milledge you will never go wrong i only order papa johns for my bc my two kids order but its a scam a waste of money i wish a -10 was offered thats what i would rate ive learned its good to listen to reviews awful place bring back the old pizza hut from the 80s and close all these awful places down with their unprofessional ppl working there i have probably 10 free pizzas here that i havent went and picked up bc i feel like its a waste of gas fire everyone and close this place down
