I have been on a major McDonald's kick lately, which is unusual because I went years without eating it at all. There's something very comforting about a Big Mac meal with coke. I was really nervous about going here because, well McD's isn't exactly known for their great service and I've had a really bad experience before (At a different location) 6 years ago. I was really craving it and so I went through the drive thru because I was too scared to actually go inside. I expected the same ol same ol service, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice! The guy at the first window told me about the app, because I ordered a frappe, and I said I had it but I wasn't sure if I could use it in the drive thru and he said it was fine and so I got the frappe for free because of a coupon on the app. The girl at the second window was nice and asked me if I could pull up because the meat was still cooking, hey nothing wrong with that I'll wait for fresh food. I wasn't waiting but for a couple minutes and the lady that brought it out to me was really nice and apologized for the wait and told me to have a great day. So from someone who was super nervous about ppl being rude to me, I was blown away! Thank you Mcdonalds for helping me start my day off great! I'm definitely lovin' it! �
I use curbside pickup with the app anytime I go now - skip the drive thru line and they always bring the order so fast and with a smile every single time. I earn points in the app (good for free food), pay in the app, and avoid can just park the car and wait. The food is consistently good at this location.
The dude with the beard running back window is amazing! Food was super fast, people friendly, and all the deals with the new app are awesome. Friendly man with the beard in back window convinced me it was worth it and he was right!(sorry I forgot your name! )
I was having a bad day, so I decided to treat myself to some McDonald’s ice cream, when I pulled up to the drive way there was a young boy (believe the name was vicky) he was such a sweet person and honestly turned my day around and it felt like my day was only starting to get better. It was also the first time in a long time that I heard a person that works in a drive through that was enthusiastic. He is like the sun , he only makes your day brighter. I will most definitely come back to this McDonald’s! 😊😊😊
This McDonald's I believe has a good manager. Hopefully they are taking care of their employees, the people here always seem happier and nicer than most stores and they rarely get the order wrong. Hopefully they give them all pay increases soon enough!
One of the employees that was working the drive thru window was one of the best people I have ever interacted with. I believe his name was Vicky. What a wonderful and charming employee! Thanks Vicky for making the world a better place!
Today I went through the McDonald’s drive thru, and I came across a young man named Vicky. What a suave and charming young employee! He was very kind and thoughtful. I will be coming back to McDonald’s because of Vicky.
When I went to this McDonald's Drive Thru, I was expecting the same old dry response that the employees give. But on this beautiful day, a handsome little munchkin named Vicky gave exponentially better service than any other McDonald's I ever went to. Thank you Vicky for making everyone's day better!
