We picked our order up curbside and they forgot to put a chicken sandwich in the bag.. No big deal it happens but they were calling us while we're in the drive thru letting us know that it was left out of the bag and they were contacting us to make it right.. Chick-fil-A has amazing customer service..

Food is always great. Employees always treat me well, generally speaking. However, due to teeth sensitivity, I usually always order ultra light ice in my drinks, and still end up with an entire cup of ice. Today I ordered no ice, and still ended up with an entire cup full of ice in my tea. I know the CFA is slam packed during lunch hours and mistakes happen, so I'm willing to give a little grace, having worked 7 years for CFA, and 15 years in the restaurant industry. But I am really tired of the same mistake consistently happening. (I didn't pick up my order today, otherwise I would have swapped out at the window for the right drink and I wouldn't be typing this now. I try to swap my drink for light ice every other time before today, and I'm always told it's made correctly: it's not).

the worker is so nice. Especially the black girl that is a native of Athens (not really Athens but she says Athens because no one knows where she actually lives). I forgot her name but she is so cute. Shoutout to her. Give her a promotion.

Been a minute since i have done a review. This one is slightly petty. I play guitar on the street for extra cash if i need it. I went here this morning, and got a spicy chicken sandwich (ended up being really slimy on the top anyways) after i got it, i went to sit on a storm drain at the begining of the publix shopping center, to eat, and then start playing music. I was told that their owner doesn't let people post up on their property. I was sitting in the grass next to the storm drain to eat my food from here, and was going to move to the storm drain afterwards. Anyways, the guy was as polite as he could be whilst being condescending in his tone. I deal with stuff like this a lot as i appear homeless/transient. I give them 1 star for poor form.

Chick-fil-A is known to have mastered Servant Leadership in a way that makes customers feel valued in every possible way. From their care and concern of their guests, the efficiency in which they operate, and the fact they call me by name, this place has it going on! Operator Shane Todd took that a step further this past weekend. He donated 20 boxed lunches to a group of community volunteers who were working outdoors in the rain and uncomfortable humidity to help animals (and their humans) in need. Mr. Todd did not bat an eye, even on a busy UGA game day, when it came to providing food for the volunteers. The vegetarian wrap was perfect for the vegetarians in our group! And of course, the rest of us ate every bite of our CFA sandwich and mac and cheese. I cannot say enough about this restaurant, the one I go out of my way to visit at least 3-4 times per week. They don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk around here. Support local businesses who support local causes! Thank you, CFA, for the gift of kindness, courteousness, and free food. <3
