I had previously left a not so good review of my unpleasant experience with the staff who used to work here, many of whom were rude and dismissive to customers. However, there has been a wave of new staff who are much nicer and seem to value their job more. I have eaten at Zoes Kitchen in Athens since it first opened and the food has remained consistent and delicious. I especially love their Yaya’s chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookie (to die for!) Although they can be pricey depending on what you order, Zoes always provides you with a fresh and satisfying meal.

Ordered the Live Med salad with a side of salmon. Only spent about $13 which I could of easily dropped on some fast food and regretted it later. It was well proportioned and fresh.
My only complaint. The salmon Shish kabob only had 3 pieces of meat for $5. Other than that the service was good and the place clean. I’m going back for dinner. Hope you like it

I ordered Zoe's for an event I was hosting in the Athens area and could not have been more pleased. My guests raved about the food and the customer service was outstanding. Shawana was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated how she went above and beyond and was detailed and thorough about everything. I can't wait to order from here again!

Went to Zoe twice this weekend.
Ordered 45-1hour ahead for pickup. Got there at the pickup time. Saturday it took about 45 minutes to get the food. Sunday it took over an hour of me waiting in the call calling every 25-30 minutes getting status only to be told they don’t have a status.
Wish they would of told me it would take so long.
I have them a chance and they blew it.

I love the freshness of all the food. I had a steak kabob with grilled veggies and white beans. The mean was so flavorful and tender is was a joy to eat. Veggies were grilled perfect and the beans had a great flavor. My basil hummus with cucs.....topped my lunch.

Ordered at 1:05 pm. Currently 1:45 pm and I still do not have my food. Spoke with manager at 1:38, told them if I don’t have my food in 10 minutes I am asking for my money back. Restaurant does not have a comment/complain card to fill out.
Addendum: received food at 1:51. Two other tables have been waiting just as long, and still had not received their food by the time I left. I realize that Sundays after church are a busy time for restaurants, but considering that “the church rush” happens every week, perhaps staffing decisions for that shift should take that into consideration.

I was very intrigued by this place. When I first walked in, it looked like a very hip place to eat with friends and family. I was shocked when I received my plate. The food was so well presented: I ordered the Mediterranean chicken; it looks so good it was chicken with sauteed onions and I ordered a side of tumeric rice and a side Greek salad. Everything was so delicious!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
