Chick-fil-a

Used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot in Athens, but honestly what the hell is this. Ordered a Sunjoy drink and got a cup full of just pulp. I understand that the drink will have some pulp in it, but I have never had this much. Had to strain it out and there was actually a lot more than what is shown in the picture because I forgot to take a photo of it earlier. Also, my salad came with the butt of lettuce?! Who is supposed to eat that?

Used to really like this CFA, despite QUITE a few order discrepancies and I mean quite a few. A lot actually. My reason for a one star is I’m currently dealing with a stomach illness due to someone’s hair being in my lemonade which I drank most of. That is beyond disgusting and I’m mortified. Disclaimer: it isn’t my hair and it’s not at all possible that it is mine. I finished most of this drink and it took a few hours. I went to open the lid to pour the rest out and find hair. That is DNA!!!! It’s not at all ok! The manager just apologized and returned my points but does she know how disgusting that is?! That is nasty and yes people can get sick (current situation) from someone’s hair and the bacteria on it IN MY DRINK. This is a low for CFA. The service is usually impeccable but this just completely ruined it for me and I’ve given CFA multiple chances after many issues with orders being wrong/ incomplete or taking an unreasonably long time and even the main managers seemingly aloof attitude towards an issue with an order that was placed close to closing. There was an issue and she said and I quote “you have to ask for fresh food and if there is an issue you have to call the same day” one, food should always be fresh that order was stale, and the bag states the food is always fresh so why we have to ask our food is fresh nearly every order is beyond me. 2 how can we have called and complained when y’all closed less than 30 mins later. This is the second time she has kind of acted nonchalant towards an issue but this time she was willing to refund points whereas last time she didn’t want to do anything but give out a brownie. Now my stomach is more than upset and so am I. This is where I draw the line, finding someone’s hair, their DNA in my drink. Update: I was able to talk to someone named Michaela (Makayla? I’m sorry if I’m misspelling her name). She gave me vouchers but the bigger picture is she listened and heard my concerns and I felt like she genuinely cared about my experience from our conversation. First time I felt heard during this entire situation. We had a conversation about it rather than someone nonchalantly apologizing and brushing me off . Thank you Michaela!

One of the best Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. The food here is clearly made with so much love. The lines are consistently short, sweet, and breeze to cruise through. The staff here are genuine and their laughs and smiles make an immense difference in the lovely dining experience. Even when they aren't serving customers, they're working together in the fashion of a well oiled machine... except with the occasional giggles, smiles, and song out-bursts. The drive through is pleasantly short, but I encourage you to sit in the store and get to know the sweet, helpful, and day brightening staff of Beechwood Chick-fil-A. They always make my day better and I assure you they will make yours better too.

As always, the service and food During my personal experience today was top notch. But what I saw Today surprised me, which CFA continues to do. As I was Dining, a family walked in with one member on crutches with a broken foot. They weren’t 10 steps in the door before Dalton (employee) ran over to ask them to sit so he could take their order at the table with menus. That’s service you wouldn’t get anywhere else. And needed to be recognized. As always great job CFA, and good job Sully on running a great ship.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed after my experience with this location today. I placed a mobile order at 10 this morning and pulled into the drive thru at 10:16 this morning. I told the girl my name and she was like “perfect”. I sat in the drive-thru for a while which is fine because they were busy, and I don’t mind waiting. I made it to the pick up area at around 10:27. Everyone around me was getting their food and I waited at the end of the drive-thru until I was finally helped at 10:37 because I was waved someone down who was working drive thru. They asked for my phone for the details of my mobile order. They came back a few minutes later informing me that they couldn’t get me my food because breakfast had ended. They asked me if I wanted lunch instead. I just wanted my order. I feel as though I should have been at least compensated in some way. EXTREMELY disappointed at the lack of service.
