I had a great experience at The Catch 22 Gastropub! Being Cuban myself I had to try their Cuban sandwich, and let me just say it was really good! Great flavors and textures, not too greasy on the pork which I like. The fries were good as well. The staff was super friendly and attentive. And the place was cozy and clean! If you’re passing thru Athens and you need a quick bite and good drinks you should definitely try them out!

Love this place. Awesome food and great staff. I get something different every time and it’s always delicious. Best potato salad I know of. Highly recommended…even for Karen since she has her own parking spot 😜. Remember to always tip your bartender and servers well. Enjoy!

Great local pub. Outside of the downtown rush, but has a lot of individuality. "Karen" parking, shi**y tipper board, cool pub decor and signage plus 24 beers on tap, friendly staff and great food.
Beer selection was interesting and had some novel choices.
I'm trying to think of something to not like...maybe red and black decor?!? Well in Athens GA, that fits!
Food is really good and a nice mix of standard pub fare and good alternatives. Fish and chips were great, but ahi tuna sandwich is excellent. Shrimp tacos looked good.
Gets a bit crowded on weekends but I think that is an endorsement.

Parking lot is a bit tight but there is room. Small outdoor dining area, but it is 97 degrees...no way!
This spot is certainly worth a try.

It is a game day tradition. The Porknado is the absolute best Burger in Athens, make sure you add an egg! Can't tell you how much we like this place, it is amazing.

The food here is AMAZING!! You really cannot go wrong with anything here. However, if you're thinking about getting an appetizer, I highly recommend the brussel sprouts. They're cooked to perfection with some bacon and they're probably my favorite item on the entire menu. The service is great too. My server was very familiar with the drink menu and gave great beer recommendations. If you need a good meal to fill you up, then definitely stop by Catch 22
