We had the best beer, fish and chips, and dessert here! The servers are professional and friendly and the view of the Columbia River is amazing. I highly recommend this place for a meal or just drinks.
Amazing food!!! We just ordered take out, jalapeno burger, bleus burger, and chicken strips and it was all super delicious!! Finally a burger that wasn't over cooked!! The breading on the chicken is awesome, tastes homemade . Shout out to the chef that made our food tonight! Thank you!
I had lunch, and I must say it was quite an enjoyable experience. I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The restaurant's cozy interior, with its rustic charm and industrial accents, instantly caught my attention. It was clear that this place had its own unique character, which added to the overall dining experience. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the tables were nicely spaced out, allowing for a sense of privacy.
I had the prawn basket, which I would totally have again. This is a nice place to have lunch with friends.
Another wonderful meal at the Astoria Brewing Company. We went during an off time so we were seated immediately; quite an accomplishment because it’s usually very crowded and a wait is expected. The beer selection was great; we had a Porter, IPA and Lager and all were wonderful. Service was fast and thorough. This is our primary restaurant we take people to when they visit; it really is just that good. The views of the Columbia river and the ships is phenomenal.
The cashier and food server was a nice lady with a smile. They came highly recommended for their halibut fish and chips. I have the three-piece for $24 and it was excellent with a Columbia River view of the big ships anchored off shore. I highly recommend historia brewing company to anybody looking for a good place to eat with a good selection and a great view of the river and the ships
This was our first stop in Astoria. We shared a flight and lunch. The atmosphere is classy/casual. Their big windows help you to forget that you are at a brewery. The brews are all delicious and on point for their style. For food we shared the fish tacos and clam chowder. The chowder was a perfect cup on a cool/rainy morning, warmed us right up. The fish tacos were amongst the best I have ever had, definitely recommend.
Met friends for lunch. Big open dining room that offers a great view of the Columbia River. I had an Astoria IPA and cheese fondue, the wife had house made root beer and halibut fish & chips. Both were pretty good. Service was okay. No real complaints.
Great place! We had the Reuben, Brisket sandwich, clam chowder, fish and chips, onion rings, milkshake, and a couple of beers. Everything was great, but the Reuben was the family favorite. (The chowder was so thick, it was the thickness of chili. I would have preferred more of a traditional style that wasn't so thick.) They've also got a great souvenir/ gift shop.
We showed up with 13 people and two dogs, and they were very accommodating.
Great food. Delicious beer! Very scenic outside the place overlooking the water. Really neat inside including a mini truck. Stopped in for lunch as we visited Astoria. No complaints.
This is a nice brewery. It's counter service, but they will deliver to your table. The atmosphere is fun and most seats have at least a decent view of the river. There is also outdoor seating if you prefer or have pets. We sat at the bar and ordered clam chowder, a buffalo chicken wrap, a Reuben and some oyster shooters. It was all quite good! The IPA was also very tasty. The clam chowder was a little on the thick side. On the down side they up charge quite a bit (4-5$) to get fries or a different side with your sandwich, but it's still worth a shot as long as you're in for a $20 Sandwich with fries. Parking is easy right in front of the business on the Warf.
Nice place... visiting from out of town on business. I had the Astoria Amber Ale and was not disappointed.. I highly recommend you give this place a shot. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere and views. Plenty of drink choices!
A perfect crisp June day sitting outside looking out onto beautiful Columbia river. It got even better with the addition of the fantastic food and drink from the Astoria Brewing a company. The beer cheese appetizer was delicious Swiss and cheddar cheese on crisp apples and soft pita. The pork sandwich was fantastic- smoky flavored pork on a soft bun accompanied by crunchy coleslaw. We have eaten here two times and each time was excellent. Will be back.
