It's my neighborhood Dunkin and it has never disappointed me! I usually order ahead via the app and when I arrive, my order is already waiting for me. In addition, they keep the place pretty clean and tidy. What more can one ask for? Finally - if you're not in a rush, they have some seating inside for your convenience. Pro-tip: Love ice cream? Good! Me too! They have a Baskin Robbins section in the back. 😁 🍨

I was visiting a friend in the area and I have to say I wished I lived near this Dunkin’. The service is outstanding and my order was prepared in seconds. I was baffled and could not believe my drink and food was in front of me at that rate. I appreciate how kind and efficient the staff are. The prices were also significantly lower than what I pay in my neighborhood or workplace. I wish more franchise owners would use this one as the model to follow. Thank you!

This is the best Dunkin location I have ever been to. They are so fast and pleasant. Great customer service. They always deliver! The team there should train the other locations because they are the best.

Overall I think this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts of Astoria. I usually don’t like to drink Dunkin Donuts coffee because it’s expensive and usually not good and had plenty of bad experiences. However, they made my iced lattes good here twice and I’m satisfied about that. The workers here could be a little more organized but other than that so far so good!

Coffee is outstanding. Probably best place for deserts and employees are super friendly, great place to stop by before or after any occasion. My breakfast spot every morning and middy. No complaints but good job everyone. Best in customer service 5 stars, open 24hrs and coffee is fresh, their secret....my day by day stop...coffee very good.....

Today I went there and bought two macchiatos and 2 Donuts for me and my roommate and something happened. A guy talks to the woman behind the cash register in an extremely offensive way and I was really stricken by how she responded. She was very nice and smiled back at the man and offered him anyway for comfort. After the guy left I've let her know how much professional she is and her smile was BREATHTAKING!

No complaints, my iced coffee tasted great and was made pretty fast. The staff exercised great customer service skills. This location is usally packed with seniors who sit here throughout the day and tallk.

Have been through multiple times for coffee or breakfast sandwiches-- the service and food/drinks have been great so far. I love being this close to a DD. 😊 And they give out donut holes to trick or treaters on Halloween!
