I had Wild Ginger in my list of saved places and finally just gave it a try after coming to Lee's Asian market. I love Pho, and I noticed that many of the Pho places I tried in Western NC have a sweet broth. Maybe to appeal to the desired tastes of the locals. Not here. It is delicious, healthy, and so affordable. Definitely coming back.
Amazing noodle place! The pho is so fresh and made with love! We also had the noodles with beef and they were mouthwatering good. The place is clean and fast service. Waiters are not like a regular place, they really don’t check on you or refill waters but is a must try when you are in this area. It definitely stays busy and they have a lot of to go orders. The place is in a plaza but there is plenty of parking!
First time trying wild ginger and it was delicious! It smells amazing when you first step into the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing! We will definitely be back!
Love never fails, so they must cook with ❤️ because this place has never failed. Every experience has always been top notch! The best Pho and the absolute best Bahn Mi sandwich in the region! Consistent and quality!
The food and service were great! I had the Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Pork Bahn Mi. Great flavor in both!

First time being and it’s was a great experience. The portion of food was on point and it’s was tasting as well. The place was pack but customer service was awesome. Definitely will stop by again.

I recommend this place to everyone who visits Asheville and asks me what's a good restaurant. This is my go to place. The pho is phenomenal. The vermicelli noodle salad with tofu is incredible. Every time I go I get the fresh rolls with peanut sauce. It's small but very refined, fancy yet comfortable, the ambiance is very intimate, and you're greeted with the most amazing scent when you enter, that you know you made the right choice. They are always a busy place, because their delicious food draws in crowds. However, that doesn't slow down their service, they are so kind and sweet, and know us by name, it feels like visiting family. And that's why I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
So good!! We had spring rolls and bahn mi. Both were delicious. Our only complaint is it’s a 45 minute drive from home. Totally worth it and we will make the drive again just to eat here. Trying the pho next time—it looked delicious. Great service, friendly staff. Go here!!
