We loved the atmosphere! Started with the Pomme Frites and they were delicious - we could have each had our own bowl and licked it clean, no dipping sauce needed! One in our party had the Duck Confit, one had the Ribeye and another had the smashburger - again, all were absolutely delicious! We decided to splurge and get dessert and chose the black currant bread pudding drizzled with crème and ganache, could not have picked better desserts. When we are back in the area will definitely stop and eat at fig again.

The Rueben was hands-down the best thing I have eaten in Asheville, and we’ve been to some great places. They cure the pastrami themselves, the sauerkraut was perfect, marble rye was on point. Upgrade the fries to truffle parmesan. Staff was very attentive, place was lively. We will be making this a regular stop :)

By far the best meal we had in North Carolina. The Oyster Mushroom soup was incredible. And the price for the meal was very reasonable considering the quality of the meal and the portion sizes. Loved the atmosphere. The waitstaff were friendly.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing. They were so accommodating even though they were closing in 30 minutes. Everything was perfect. The ceaser was one of the best I ever had. The smash burger was perfect, it had the best "special" sauce. And do not hesitate to get the earl grey panna cotta, seriously one of the best desserts I've ever had. The staff really seemed like a family. Everyone was so nice. Do not hesitate to eat here.

This place is GOLDEN. Every dish served at our table today was absolutely delectable, our service was immaculate, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Between the three of us dining, we had their salmon, the duck breast, and mussels. Each individual plate was to. die. for. Anytime we’re in Asheville again, we will be coming back to this bistro.

My wife and I had an early dinner while wandering the neighborhood and not knowing anything about the restaurant. What a definite surprise! Service was attentive yet not overbearing. Very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. The food was exquisite! I had the duck and my wife had the trout special. Mussels appetizer in a light cauliflower curry broth were some of the best mussels I’ve eaten! Delicious and not overpriced for this level of food. I always like when the chef visits the table to check in. Definitely will be back.

I had a wonderful time with my mother and boyfriend eating at Fig! They even went out of their way to make me a delicious Mocktail! Great environment, great staff, great food! Our food was so good that we actually all ended up sharing because we all wanted everything off of each of our plates!!

Fantastic experience here for dinner. It’s a small, family owned place with a very pretty ambiance and friendly staff. The food was 10/10. The borscht soup was delicious, my mom had the salmon and I had short ribs, both were extremely good. And the chocolate ganache was just perfect. Will have to go back if just for that!!

I had such a great experience at Fig!! After a bunch of friends recommended it, I finally decided to go… and ahhh it was so great!! We sat outside, the atmosphere was gorgeous and welcoming, the FOOD was insane. I had risotto that blew my mind, served with edible flower petals and the most delicious lemon lime zest…I think it’s called zest? But the point is, I never write google reviews but I had to because this place, the people, and the food were just too good. 100/10 recommend! I had a blast and will be returning!
