Had to leave the madhouse,icky feeling of Asheville downtown..found this when getting off the interstate..what a GREAT find! Felt like I was at a.little.place in Texas again! Truly authentic!

Went there on holiday with my family and my nephew started throwing a FIT after being locked into a high chair by his mom. Waitress just came out of nowhere with a spider man coloring book that shut him up immediately before he even opened it. Besides the family oriented staff the food was great and the portion sizes were large for the price(tourist trap area , they could be charging more). If I'm ever near Asheville again I'll keep my nephew at home.

All around great joint. Has a salsa bar, food was hot fresh and fast. Has a nice patio area and plenty of parking.

I heard about the steak tacos for weeks. We stopped here last night. The tacos & service were really good.
The chips could use some salt but other than that - YumO!
There are lots of other things to choose - but honestly the steak tacos were so good I pretty sure I will also pick that again.

2nd time here. The first time we dined inside and it was great! Good food, large portions, salsa bar, great and friendly service. This time, we had our dogs, so we sat outside under a covered area at a picnic table. We were able to tie our dogs to the picnic table, so they had shade, and so did we! They also have outside tables with umbrellas. This has become our go-to for lunch or dinner when we go visit our son in Asheville. Highly recommend!

I was drown to this delight of a place over a game of pool I was engaged in, well it happened to be the owner of the Mexican restaurant which I love expanding my horizons, I mean ya get one life. But really SUPER GREAT, food, well I'm hooked on shrimp tortillas, and the shrimp cocktails are giving me another reason to get back there. The whole experience I catch myself almost stuck there. One of the greats for sure, I rate it a 9.5. Well tell them you want to join the family n we'll see you all there.
