Order two triple scoops though Uber Eats, one as a sundae. Ordered Strawberry cheesecake, Icing on the Cake, and Cotton Candy. Got 3 scoops of plain strawberry.
For the sundae I ordered Oreo Cookies and Cream, Made with Snickers, and Reese Peanut Butter cup with hot fudge, peanut butter topping and cookie dough pieces. I got 3 scoops Oreo Cookies and Cream, and either a drop or two of chocolate syrup.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Usually merchants call if they are out of something so you can cancel or substitute, as with Uber Eats, you don't know something is wrong until it arrives and by then it is too late. Clearly they are frequently out of flavors, and either don't really read the orders or are out of toppings as well. I'll skip this location from now on.

This location has the worst customer service, was filthy and had very little options. The young man was rude from the very beginning, beyond words for no reason. We asked if they had mint chocolate chip thinking there was more in the back room. He rudely said "if it's not there than we don't have it." That was just the very beginning of the worst Baskin Robbins experience. Corporate should be embarrassed to have employees such as those at this location to represent them. This young man gave us a fake name - "Nathan". He's extremely rude and angry.

Nice people, however, this place rarely has any flavors. Today I drove by and asked for a vanilla ice cream and they didn’t even have vanilla. It baffles me how an ice cream shop doesn’t have the most basic flavor! They also never seem to have donuts in stock or banana splits. Very annoying. Something the service is terrible because the workers can’t hear what people are saying. I understand if they need an order to be repeated once or twice, but five?? No...that’s just pushing it. Best to try your luck at another Baskin Robbins location.

Great place to get great tasting ice cream. Inside was fairly clean. However, I was a little disappointed that no one was wearing gloves when preparing ice creams. This was more concerning since one of the guys was just out with the trash can picking up trash outside, came in and did not wash his hands. As for the interaction, the employee that worked with us was very pleasant and polite and made everything perfect. Would recomend for a nice family treat.

This place wasn’t all that great to begin with now they are even worse. I’ve been twice over the past couple of months and they always seem to be out of everything. They can’t make any of the menu items. I end asking for a chocolate shake and they charge me 6 dollars, hand me a cup of cold melted Ice cream and say “sorry our ice cream is like soup”. Guess it’s Brusters for now on. Let this place die.

Fast service....great ice cream....easy location and access. Since it's with Dunkin doughnuts not everyone had to get ice cream. Many other options.
Had every flavor. Since it's the only one around if you hit the busy time they may be short some flavors.

Ordered through Doordash. This location is always out of most flavors. The only reason the review isn't 1 star is that somebody from the restaurant called and made sure we knew that they were out.

Showed up at 8:46pm to grab some cones for the kiddos. Met by Rude Anna who told me they were closed. Then slammed the window in our faces. They pour a ton of money redesigning this place - in Loudoun County - and continue to hire Trash. This place is a dump - run by Trash.
