Taco Bell

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Kern county. Far from waiting 25 minutes for my order then they get it wrong. Pic (1) spicy potato taco, minus the potato. (2) dorito taco, minus meat just garnishes. This place is ran by high school kids, no manager, no direction. Stay away from this establishment. The only reason I rated it one star is because I had to. I could not give it a zero.

Really disappointed by their customer service yesterday. Went through drive thru, ordered online. Took a long time to get through 2 cars ahead of us. When it was our turn, they were mad at us because we has ordered potatoes and rice on the side from a cheesy gordita crunch and their system didn't state that it was on the side. Told us to order it on the side menu. Why was it at option on their system, on their tacos if we could not order it that way? The drive thru cashier saw us as an inconvenience. I miss the guys and gals that were there when they first opened. They seemed happy to be there, unlike this current cashier.

The morning shift is terrible. They let you stand by the counter forever, never say anything and then when they out the order out they don't call who it goes too so it sits and gets cold before you decide to ask. The manager who is a big latina shouldn't be in customer service. I order a.drink and she wants to give me the cup till after she's made a couple orders even after I ask to have it sooner. She ignores customers when she knows they are upset
