Flavor selection is usually pretty good. Toppings are hit or miss. Tables are always dirty though. And when they do clean them, whatever they use to "clean" smells gross. Today's visit was mediocre. It was really hot inside and the one employee we saw was wearing a very dirty sweater... not very professional.

Used to love coming here, but now they don’t even let you sample because of Covid. I don’t really understand how that even matters when you’re literally using a cup to sample. No different than actually getting your froyo.. not to mention all of the toppings are still out in the open being contaminated by all the “germs” or whatever.

Great place, the flavors were good but I definitely didn't like one flavors of yogurt I got. That's on me tho.

Perfect on a cold and snowy night. I find myself here, the first Fridays of every month because of the unlimited $5 cups (16oz). I recommend signing up for the rewards, it builds so fast, it's free, and totally worth it. The flavors are always changing, and it's so easy to sample them all in one visit. A large variety of toppings from candy to fruits.

I have had a lot of frozen yogurt in my life but nothing compares to this place. I definitely recommend this place!

Shop was clean, kid behind the counter was polite and very nice when my kid spilled sprinkles. There was one thing though, I noticed a long hair in the container of cherries at the topping bar, I quietly told the cashier as to not alert the other customers, he put on a glove and pulled the hair out to throw it away then came back to the counter instead of taking the container back and getting a fresh, clean thing of cherries for the bar. I can’t say they have been trained properly in cleanliness as far as food service but it wasn’t handled properly.

Thee best for my sister and the kids. We love it specially all the toppings. Also great customer service. Only down fall is they have to keep the strawberry boba . Other then that thee BEST😊

Service was absolutely atrocious at time of this review. Waited literally 9 minutes up front to pay before employee came up to ring us up. There was a person on line behind us that the employee didn't even ring up. They just walked to the back and they 2nd person was stuck waiting for another, probably, 5-10 minutes before they returned.
