Ordered online, BC802E23-EF was my order number on 3/15 @ 5:54. Was told my order would be ready by 6:15. I showed up when the app said it was ready...@ 6:15...and when I did, I was told, "sorry, there was a long line, and I have to do them in order". What's the point of ordering online for convenience, if that is the service received? Waited an extra 15 minutes and the order was incorrect when I got it home. 1 person working. I won't be returning.

Every time I have came to this subway my food has been great, but this time today march 8th 2021 at 515 pm I had a very bad experience the guy that was working was preoccupied and was not paying attention to what he was doing. He burnt my sandwitch he had it in the oven for about 5 minutes and when he was done putting the toppings on he just rolled my sandwitch up with out cutting it. Needles to say I will not go there again if he is there.

Our last experience here was a bit spotty (granted it was Lunch rush and there was only one employee on duty) but this visit was very pleasant, Michael does an amazing job and is very passionate and diligent about his work.

Located in a small plaza off of the East side of Wadsworth is where you'll find this shop. Also in this plaza is a pizza place, a Jimmy John's and Verlo mattresses among other shops. The person who helped me today wore Bold and has pretty blue eyes and a congenital nevus. The food is healthy for the most part and made to order how we all know who are able to get there.

The lady who worked there was nice but the experience-not so much. I walked in wanting a sandwich and walked out not wanting one considering they were literally out of everything. And every time I come there , there is only 1 person working there. Hire more people on a shift that way your store will be fully stocked and have more help.

This locations fountain area is always out of order . Chips not stocked fully . Out of chicken . Employees are so unprofessional and one girl could barely put in the effort to wrap a sandwich. Plus she was eating spinach out of the topping container with her bare hands .

The kids that work here are super lazy. They constantly close early and say that the manager let's them do it. We came 30 minutes before close and they said they were closing early, because the manager said they could. This isn't the first time this has happened. We regularly have to pick a different dinner because this place is closed during business hours.
