I wish I could give zero stars for the experience my husband had at this store. My husband usually get my and his coffee at this location on my Starbucks app with my name. Today was missing one coffee and the barista (from nowhere) yelled at him saying that he didn’t order a coffee and he will not give him a free coffee. My husband super calm showed him the order and show him that we don’t need a free coffee when you order and paid for the coffee and you didn’t receive the coffee. This employee got more annoyed that he got “blind” on his rudeness. That he forgot to see that in the paper receipt shows how many items that order has. The order my husband ordered had 3 items on the receipt and my husband just had 2 items with him. Not even a sorry he got but sad for this employee. it’s not my husband fault if you didn’t see what was missing right?! (I get it that everyone have a bad day but when you work with customers you can’t have this attitude.)

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Understandable that COVID protocols are in place, which I totally support. However, I an a Notary and for some notarial acts I have to be in a public location and my client picked that particular location. One of the associates was rude in explaining that we could not stand around. The message was not the issue, it was how it was conveyed and I felt embarrassed that this associate did that around my client.

You can really tell all these other reviewers think a red carpet should be rolled out for them. This starbucks is perfect, I come here every. single. day. I would know if it wasn't. And if people don't want to deal with the staff, guess what?! It is 2021! Get the app! You people really must think the world revolves around you.

I would give zero stars if I could. I just left this location and the young girl behind the counter with the dark hair was shouting for everyone to move instead of asking nicely even rolling her eyes at the costumers. If you don’t enjoy your job please leave. I never complain about places even if I’m not one hundred percent satisfied because I realize people are understaffed right now and or dealing with covid life. Horrified with her treatment. My boyfriend and I spent at least 25-30 today too. I will commend the young guys working so hard behind the counter they were so sweet and moving so fast and getting orders out like crazy ! Sorry you guys have to get this review because of her. This ruined our view of Starbucks.
