Chick-fil-a

This is a team!! I came in to have lunch and coincidentally sat facing the staff. There were at least 12 people working and they all played a part at making everything efficient. 2 members taking out orders to customers. 1 member in the dine in area to make sure it stayed clean. 3 members at the registers taking orders, greeting customers, and saying goodbye. At least 4 members at the pick up window. At the top of their pick up windo was the word "Accuracy". When there were no customers ordering, or delivery drivers picking up, the staff cleaned, restocked items, refilled tea/lemonade, and communicated. The drive through was busy, but not a single staff member skipped a beat or even seemed worried about things getting backed up. As a former manager of a Fortune 500 company, I can see how well this location is organized and trained. This is a really great business model for what a team should be and will definitely set a good example to reflect on for teamwork. Congratulations on the amazing work!!

The cashier asked if I had the chic-fil-a app because I could save money if so. She was really nice, I was surprised how kind everyone was. Great customer service!

We ordered 2 large nugget trays for our son's new years eve birthday party. As usual everyone one loved it!! Since some people didn't show the kids were thrilled they could have extra. Definitely use the catering site again!

I REALLY enjoyed this place the staff was super friendly AND clean sadly the play place was closed but it's absolutely 1 of the freshest fast food places I've been to in a long time and they are very patient and knowledgeable about the menu and items.
